In order to explore a new design method of red pyrotechnic composition,this paper studies the theory of red pyrotechnic composition,calculates the thermodynamics of several kinds of red pyrotechnic composition by real program,establishes the relationship between the reaction enthalpy AH of red pyrotechnic composition and the combustion temperature T,and the photon number n radiated,and puts forward the photon emitted at the maximum wavelength based on the combustion of red pyrotechnic composition The number,the type and content of the red light radiator,the theoretical design of the fireworks point and the prediction of the formulation of the red light pyrotechnic drugs are discussed.The chromaticity coordinates of the pyrotechnic drugs are found according to the red light radiator,and the vector included angle,the vector included angle,the wavelength of the radiator and the chromaticity are calculated by the chromaticity coordinates,so as to explore the design method of the new red light pyrotechnic drugs and put forward a new one The formula of type I red pyrotechnic powder was verified theoretically and studied experimentally.The details are as follows:1.Based on the composition analysis and selection of pyrotechnic composition,theoretical study of pyrotechnic combustion and radiation mechanism,calculation of combustion reaction equilibrium,characterization and prediction of pyrotechnic color,thermodynamic calculation of real program,the relationship between the reaction enthalpy ?H of red pyrotechnic combustion,combustion temperature T and photon number n emitted by radiation is established.Based on the results of thermodynamic calculation,the relations of chromaticity coordinate,vector angle,radiator wavelength and chromaticity are established,and the theoretical design method of new red pyrotechnic is explored.2.Based on the theoretical design method of red pyrotechnic composition,through the thermodynamic calculation of several common red pyrotechnic composition,the comparison of the type and content of several red pyrotechnic composition radiators,the comparison of the number of photons emitted at the maximum wavelength when the red pyrotechnic composition burns,the theoretical design method of composition is explored3.According to the theoretical research basis,using the relationship between the combustion reaction enthalpy ?H,the combustion temperature T,the photon number n radiated,the chromaticity coordinate,the vector included angle,the radiation wavelength and the chromaticity prediction,a new type of red pyrotechnic composition is proposed,which is Sr(NO3)2/C6H12N4/C6H9.6O1.6/KCIO3 and the formulation is optimized.At the same time,the experimental research on the formulation is carried out,The rationality of the theoretical prediction is fully verified.It lays a foundation for the formulation design of red pyrotechnic and puts forward a new research direction.
