With the continuous development of China's oil and gas industry and information technology,the marketing environment of enterprises has also undergone fundamental changes.For the oil pipe enterprises,the traditional marketing mode is far from adapting to the new marketing environment.If an enterprise wants to be invincible in the market competition,it must adopt the resource integration marketing concept,effectively combine technology,products and services,realize the seamless connection between manufacturing enterprises and users,and solve the problem of product promotion and sales.Based on the marketing plan of BSG's oil well pipe products "storage and marketing on behalf of others",this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of BSG's oil well pipe marketing,and points out the main problems of BSG's oil well pipe marketing,that is,the marketing consciousness can't keep up with the market.With the development of the situation,the means of marketing are old and single,and the technology,marketing and service are disconnected.Secondly,the paper analyzes the market environment and supply and demand situation of BSG company's oil well pipe.Combined with the current situation of BSG company,it puts forward that BSG company must effectively integrate technology,products and services,and promote market share by improving customer value.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper designs the marketing plan of BSG company's oil well management products on behalf of storage and sale from the aspects of marketing strategy,basic content,business process,organization,staffing and marketing strategy,mainly on the basis of making travel alienation and increasing product value-added marketing strategy,and on the basis of 4V theory,puts forward the concept of service marketing and implementing order based production.Production,development of multi-functional series products,the creation of a direct wellhead logistics system,the establishment of warehousing and distribution information platform and other marketing strategies.Finally,the effect of the marketing plan is pre evaluated,and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the plan are put forward from improving the organizational structure of the company,strengthening internal communication and coordination,strengthening personnel training and improving customer relationship.The marketing plan of BSG company's oil well pipe products "storage and sale on behalf of others" proposed in this paper has obvious advantages,such as reducing the overstock of inventory,reducing the occupation of product funds,improving the efficiency of product turnover and so on.It has a very obvious promoting role in reallocating the existing resources of BSG company,improving the production capacity and expanding the sales volume of products.
