With the formation of the greenhouse effect, the global climate is deteriorating, and the improvement of the greenhouse effect and energy conservation and emission reduction are receiving more and more attention. The Chinese government has also gradually implemented carbon emission policies, implemented relevant bills to control greenhouse gas emissions, improved transportation efficiency, and suppressed the environment from deteriorating.Retailers have a very important position in human daily life in the future of low carbon development.Retailers' transportation methods and decision-making are all facing challenges. With the gradual implementation of low-carbon policies, retailers' decision-making considerations have become more diversified and complicated.Consumers are mainly considering traditional prices. At the same time, the object gradually forms a protection awareness of the environment,so that consumers have a low-carbon consumption concept, and people's awareness of environmental protection is continuously enhanced.Compared with traditional products, consumers are more willing to purchase "low-carbon environmentally friendly" products. Therefore, the retailer's future decision-making behavior must not only meet the low-carbon policy, but also consider the change of consumer awareness, fully consider a variety of factors, and rationally formulate corporate decisions in order to continue to develop in the future market environment.Based on the consumer price demand, this paper introduces the carbon-sensitive demand into the model, and discusses the retailer's optimal pricing, ordering and transportation mode decision under the carbon limit constraint.First, under the constraints of the initial carbon limit, the retailer determines the optimal pricing, ordering, and transportation methods for the retailer to determine the demand. The retailer discusses the initial carbon limit and the carbon-sensitive demand separately in the three modes of transportation that can be selected. The impact on optimal decision making and maximum profit.Secondly, considering the initial carbon limit, the demand will be extended to stochastic demand, while considering the carbon-sensitive demand, discussing the retailer's optimal pricing, ordering and transportation mode decision-making issues when the retailer demand is stochastic,at the retailer.Through three alternative modes of transportation, the risk aversion factor and demand fluctuation parameters are introduced to analyze the retailer's decision-making behavior, and the impact of carbon-sensitive demand and initial carbon limit on optimal decision-making and maximum utility is studied. The impact of demand fluctuations and risk aversion factors on optimal decision making and utility. Finally, the above results were verified by numerical analysis. The research shows that under the demand, whether or not to consider the impact of carbon-sensitive demand, the retailer's optimal decision exists and is unique, under stochastic demand, the different parameters of the transport mode have different effects on the retailer's optimal decision. There are also differences in the impact of risk aversion coefficients and demand fluctuations on optimal decisions.
