In recent years,with the fast development of the economy,industrial engineering has made a great deal of treasure for human which has never been before.But at the same time,human's activities also produce a great many greenhouse gas,along with a series of climate disaster.In order to remit the climate change,different countries of world united to make great efforts.They also set the target of warming up,propose kinds of carbon emission policy including carbon trading and carbon tax and put them into effect.Also some countries has built the carbon labelling system,which can tell the carbon emission information,thus raising consumer's environmental awareness and leading the consumer turn to prefer low carbon consumption.Besides,it can also help enterprises to build a low carbon image and enhance their carbon responsibility.Except different governments' effort,many enterprises also begin to discuss how to reduce the carbon emission actively.Till now,enterprises including General motors,Wal-Mart and Unilever begin to invest in carbon emission and advertise for their low-carbon products.Different enterprises' participation in carbon emission make a great contribution on environment protection.This thesis is based on the background of carbon labelling system,studies supply chain decision when different supply chain member participate in carbon reducing.Based on the literature review,build the relevant math models,used the game theory and operations research to analyze and come out with the conclusions.The content of this thesis has two parts,the first part studies the decision of the supply chain when supplier participates in carbon emission reduction under carbon labelling system.Considering consumer's low-carbon preference this part builds three models,neither the manufacturer nor the supplier invests in carbon emission reduction(model N),only manufacturer invests in carbon emission reduction(model M),both the supplier and manufacturer invest in carbon emission reduction(model SM).The results show that the profits in model M is higher than that in model N and the profits in model SM is higher than that in model M;meanwhile,the carbon emission in model M is lower than that in model N and the carbon emission in model SM is lower than that in model M.Thus supplier's participating in emission reduction promoting both the environmental benefit and economic benefit.The second part studies the decision of the supply chain when retailer participates in carbon emission reduction under carbon labelling system.Considering consumer's low-carbon preference and low-carbon advertisement preference,we build three model,when the retailer only gives low-carbon advertisement assistance(model R),retailer gives low-carbon advertisement and shares the cost of emission reduction(model C),retailer gives low-carbon advertisement and shares the profit(model P).The results show that giving low-carbon advertisement has a positive effect on manufacture.At the same time,bases on giving low-carbon advertisement,sharing the cost of emission reduction and sharing the profit can both make the manufacture invest in carbon reducing more effectively,thus making the supply chain more green.And there are the best costsharing coefficient and the best profit-sharing coefficient.At last,according to the conclusions of the two parts,we give the low-carbon production management enlightenment.
