Excessive carbon dioxide emissions have led to a rise in global temperatures,and carbon dioxide has already threatened people's living environment.The enterprise's inventory control process includes the ordering and storage links.The transportation vehicles used in the ordering process and the various loading and unloading equipment used in the storage link generate a large amount of carbon dioxide.In order to improve inventory performance while reducing carbon dioxide emissions,this paper introduces carbon trading mechanism into stochastic demand storage model and inventory integration model,carbon trading price,market demand fluctuation and inventory integration strategy for inventory profit and carbon emissions.The impact was studied and the main research contents are as follows:Based on the stochastic inventory model,this paper constructs a stochastic inventory model when considering the carbon trading mechanism and considering the carbon trading mechanism.The analysis shows that the optimal order quantity when considering the carbon trading mechanism is less than the carbon trading mechanism.The optimal order quantity at the time.This paper also builds an inventory integration model under the carbon trading mechanism.In order to improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain,reduce carbon emissions in inventory,integrate the inventory of suppliers and retailers,and introduce carbon trading mechanisms into the integrated inventory.model.Finally,the sensitivity of carbon trading price,carbon credit and market demand is analyzed by using examples,and the changes before and after the implementation of VMI integration are compared.The consolidated unit commodity profit is higher than the unit commodity profit before integration,and the integrated The total carbon emissions in the supply chain are less than the total carbon emissions in the supply chain before integration,indicating that the inventory integration model under the carbon trading mechanism can not only improve inventory profits,but also reduce carbon emissions.Due to the constraints of the carbon trading mechanism,companies have achieved the goal of reducing carbon emissions in inventory management.By integrating inventory from suppliers and retailers,inventory efficiency and inventory profit across the supply chain have increased.Therefore,this study can provide theoretical guidance and practical support for enterprises to improve inventory performance and reduce carbon emissions.
