Because most of the oil fields in our country were mined in the 50 s of last century,most of the oil field development has entered the middle and late stages.This is because after years of mining,underground reservoir pressure decreases,the increase of water content,so it is necessary to wash wells,acidification and fracturing and so on underground production to increase in production,and even some oil,oil too little or too bad working conditions,downhole operation technology at this stage can not meet the mining conditions,need to temporarily seal the well.For the above series of downhole operations,we need to use the packer,so the research of packer is of great significance.In this paper,the design of a downhole hydraulic packer can be used in the process of sealing,blocking water,underground pressure and so on,which can reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.In the design of downhole hydraulic packer,the design principle of packer and digital hydraulic cylinder is first introduced.Secondly,according to the calculation of the load and the packer downhole hydraulic packer device parameters,using ANSYS software,analysis of rubber cylinder,hydraulic cylinder piston and the center pipe and other important parts of precise static,get the numerical value of stress and displacement,further to the underground hydraulic packer device check verification,and then select the appropriate material.Finally,we use SolidWorks software to improve the design of the three-dimensional structure model,and get the final design results.In this paper,the digital hydraulic cylinder and packer are combined,according to the theoretical analysis,a downhole hydraulic packer is designed.
