The stratified oil recovery technology was born to improve the oilfield exploitation status in the later stage of high water cut,adapt to the developed oilfields and meet the needs of new oilfields put into production.In order to obtain stable production,it is necessary to develop the special conditions of different layers in the water injection development.In the layered development process,the oil content of each layer is different,so it is particularly important to measure the fluid flow to determine the oil content in the layer.This article focuses on the study of fluid flow measurement in the context of stratified oil production,and designs a flow measurement system: the simulation software FLUENT is used to simulate the effect of downhole oil-water content ratio on the system measurement.The hardware system includes an ultrasonic sensor,a high-precision flow rate measurement circuit based on the time difference method,and so on.The software uses the development environment Keil uvision to write and debug the system.In the design process,the single module is debugged.After the entire system is completed,the joint debugging is performed.The oil-water mixed fluid is simulated under the existing conditions in the laboratory,and the test data is recorded and analyzed.The test results show that the system has good stability and can measure the flow of oil-water mixed fluids.From the measurement results,it can be seen that the system can accurately measure the different oil-water contents during the stratified oil production A specific industrial background provides effective data support.
