Embedded Co-cured High Damping and Electromagnetic Absorbing Composite(ECDEAC),which integrates electromagnetic absorbing performance,damping performance and other related dynamic and static mechanical properties has been widely applied prospect in aerospace,automotive and marine industries.In this paper,based on the designability of dynamic and static mechanical properties of resin matrix composites,the electromagnetic absorbing,damping as well as other related dynamic and static properties of ECDEAC were studied by theoretical analysis and experimental method.The main content work and innovations are as follows:1.The structure of multi-layer absorbing preprepreg layer and absorbing damping layer was presented.The material distribution of ECDEAC is designed.The theoretical eqution of electromagnetic reflection loss of the structure is derived and programed.Based on the theoretical eqution verfied the absorbing performance of the structure is theoretically analyzed by using MATLAB program.2.The manufacturing process of the embedded co-curing high damping electromagnetic wave absorbing composite is developed,and ECDEAC specimens are fabricated.3.An experimental platform is built to study the interlaminar shear,sound insulation,damping,dynamic mechanical and absorbing properties of ECDEAC.4.The design method of ECDEAC absorbing frequency range is presented,and the adjustable design of ECDEAC absorbing frequency band was realized.
