Polymer damping material is a commonly used material to reduce vibration and noise.Among them,water-based coatings and damping sheets are widely studied because of high industrial feasibility and good effect.With the improvement of living standards,people gradually pursue multiple applications of damping materials High damping and wide temperature range are the main hotspots of research,and damping materials with high added value have also become areas that researchers are gradually involved in,Such as high fire resistance,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,etc.So while pursuing damping performance The diversified development is the key research direction of this article.The first part of the work of this paper uses water-based acrylic resin with a glass transition temperature?Tg?of-20 oC and 55 oC as a matrix,and is cross-linked and blended with a cross-linking agent polycarbodiimide?UN-557?to prepare a wide temperature range Domain water-based damping composite coating.The research found that when the proportion of crosslinking agent is 3%,The effective damping temperature range of loss factor?tan??above 0.4 reaches 106 oC,the tensile strength reaches 3.81 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 40.38%to 146.07%;and passes The titanate coupling agent?NDZ-401?studied the hydrophobicity of the damping coating,and its effect on the damping performance was studied through the antioxidant 264?2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol?;Finally,a compound flame retardant was used to synergistically flame retardant,and a wide temperature range waterborne damping coating with an oxygen index?OI?of 35.0 was obtained.The second part of this work is based on the addition of waterborne acrylic resins with a glass transition temperature?Tg?of-20 oC with different contents?0,0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2%?of graphene?surface-treated or untreated?.Two different processes?Magnetic stirring and thermal reaction modification treatment?were used to obtain a series of graphene-doped waterborne acrylic resins.SEM,DSC,and TG test characterization found that the thermal reaction process and the titanate-treated graphene?MGO,content 0.15%?The acrylic resin obtained has better dispersibility and thermal stability.Further,the acrylic resin emulsion was used as a matrix to prepare an excellent damping performance?loss factor of 1.17?,good mechanical properties?tensile strength 3.81 MPa,elongation at break 140.4%?,corrosion resistance(Ecorrmaximum is-0.5430 V,Icorrminimum is 1.435*10-5A/cm2)high performance water-based damping paint.According to the actual needs of production,the third part of this article intends to develop an industrial damping sheet with excellent fire resistance.A damping sheet with a glass transition temperature in the range of room temperature?10 oC-40 oC?was prepared with antioxidant 2246 and modified graphene oxide.On this basis,focus on the fire performance of the damping sheet:First add different compound flame retardants to study the smoke density of the damping sheet,and find that the molybdenum trioxide/zinc borate?4:1?compound is added to the matrix?The ratio is1:1?,the smoke density has increased significantly?oxygen index is 36,the maximum smoke density is 0.6,the smoke density level is 2.3?;Conducted a pilot fire test and found that the flame extension index is not ideal.Further,ammonium polyphosphate/polyphosphamide?4:1?and molybdenum trioxide/zinc borate?4:1?were added to the matrix?ratio 0.6:1:1?,And the total calorimeter test found that the total heat release?THR?is 28.4 MJ/m2,which indirectly proves that the flame elongation index is improved,And finally a new type of damping sheet with both damping and fire resistance properties is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis and experimental basis for industrialization.
