| As a service enterprise related to national economy and people’s livelihood,its service quality is related to the improvement of the quality of life of millions of households.Therefore,unlike ordinary enterprises,the performance evaluation of natural gas companies is different.The key point is not only to assess the staff’s business ability,but also to assess their service ability.The particularity of the industry increases the difficulty and complexity of performance appraisal.How to improve the efficiency of performance appraisal of employees in natural gas companies is of great necessity.This paper takes the performance appraisal of Hengyang Natural Gas Company as the research object,trying to find out the problems and optimize them on the basis of the current situation of performance appraisal.This paper takes Hengyang natural gas company’s employee performance appraisal as the research object,analyzes its current situation and problems,and puts forward the improvement measures.First of all,on the basis of literature review,we get the research background and significance of this paper,which provides the basic basis for this paper.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the related concepts and theoretical methods of performance appraisal,especially the concept,connotation,dimensions,advantages and disadvantages of the balanced scorecard,and the feasibility analysis of Hengyang natural gas company using the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper uses questionnaire survey and interview to collect data,to understand the current situation of Hengyang natural gas company’s employee performance appraisal process,method,index,cycle and result application,and on this basis,analyzes the existing problems of Hengyang natural gas company’s employee performance appraisal.On the basis of mastering the current situation and existing problems of Hengyang natural gas company employees’ performance appraisal,this paper puts forward targeted optimization measures,Including the improvement of evaluation index system,performance evaluation system,strengthening performance communication,strengthening the application of performance evaluation results and so on.Finally,the research content of this paper is briefly summarized.Through this study,it can provide guidance for Hengyang Natural Gas Company’s performance appraisal optimization reform,and also provide some reference for other related enterprises’ performanceappraisal practice. |
