The balanced scorecard has been broadly used as an advanced strategic performance management tool since it creation in 1992,and it has been proved that the balanced scorecard can help enterprises to improve the performance management system,so as to achieve the aim of strategic goals.Taking W company as an example,this paper constructs a performance assessment index system based on balanced scorecard,and tries to help W company optimize the performance assessment scheme to make it more and more efficient,reasonable and scientific.W company autonomous region is the first with the natural gas long-distance transmission and sales for the main business of state-owned joint-stock enterprises,in the relevant national policy encouragement,W company various index has risen steadily,expanding the scale,the researchers expanded from the initial 30 to more than 2000 people,now has developed into a business group company involved in all areas of natural gas related industries.In recent years,with the continuous development of W company,the limit resulted from the backward management mechanism is more and more obvious,restricted the further development of the company,therefore,company managers think that should be fully updated management ideas,improve the management level.In the aspect of performance management,the company's current performance appraisal way general assessment index,the assessment process become a mere formality,so you need to introduce the advanced tool,the balanced scorecard to establish a set of scientific and advanced performance evaluation system.W company introduces the necessity and feasibility of the balanced scorecard in-depth analysis of the balanced scorecard can improve the state of W company performance appraisal conclusion,this paper respectively from three aspects of the design companies,departments and posts the performance appraisal index and weight,the W company performance evaluation index system.Aiming at the actual condition of W company,using the method of the balanced scorecard to build a more perfect W company performance evaluation index system,evaluation dimensions more rich,more balanced assessment index,in order to effective application of the balanced scorecard in W company provide certain guidance function,which can enhance the level of W company performance evaluation and strategic goal to provide strong support for the realization of the W company.In the process of writing,this article used the literature study,interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,especially the design of index weight,using the analytic hierarchy process,a variety of research methods and combining the article structure clear,rich in content.Since W company belongs to the transportation and storage industry of dangerous chemicals,in addition to the traditional performance assessment indicators,combined with the high-risk industry characteristics of W company,safety risk management indicators are introduced to make performance assessment indicators more comprehensive,which is the innovation point of this paper.
