With the continuous changes of the times and the continuous upgrading of the industry,the steel industry is facing more and more challenges.On the domestic side,the increasing number of iron and steel enterprises,supply exceeding demand,overcapacity,and supply side reform are the current signs;on the international side,various forces and disputes between countries constantly put pressure on various industries,including the iron and steel industry.How to achieve the strategic objectives and improve the level of enterprise management in this situation is an important issue in front of every steel enterprise.This paper takes the sales department of T iron and steel company as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and AHP to apply the balanced scorecard?This paper applies the Balanced Scorecard to the performance evaluation system of the sales department of T steel company.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the current situation of performance appraisal of sales department in T steel company.Summarize the main problems in the performance appraisal system of the bank and their causes.Secondly,guided by the company's strategic objectives,based on the balanced scorecard.Refine company strategy into department function strategy.Construct performance evaluation index system of sales department according to function strategy.Finally,analyze the application of the Balanced Scorecard in the sales department,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.I believe that through the analysis of this paper,it can be used for reference for other large-scale state-owned enterprises that are also facing the improvement of their own performance appraisal system.
