Research On Motivation Factors Of Green Operation In Port Service Supply Chain

In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the port business volume has increased dramatically,which has made the emissions problem increasingly serious.Under such a large background,it is an inevitable development trend to coordinate the development of port supply chain economy and environmental protection.How to effectively realize the green transformation of the port service supply chain and promote the sustainable development of resources and the environment has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Many scholars at home and abroad have carried out relevant research on the green operation of the supply chain,mainly aimed at the connotation,driving mechanism,performance and practical application of green supply chain management,and they are mostly used in manufacturing enterprises and in the field of service enterprises.The discussion is not perfect.This article discusses the dynamic factors of the green operation of the port service supply chain on the basis of existing theories.This paper studies the green operation dynamic factors of the port service supply chain.First,it systematically summarizes the research background and significance of this article,combs and comments on the research status of related fields at home and abroad,and elaborate on the overall research framework of the article to provide a foundation for the full-text research ideas.,Mainly introduces the theoretical basis of service supply chain,port service supply chain and green management of port service supply chain,mainly including connotation,classification,attributes,development process,functional modules,advantages and necessity,etc.Furthermore,from the internal environment and The green dynamic factor analysis of the port service supply chain is carried out at two levels of the external environment,and the dynamic factors and related characteristics obtained from the analysis results are studied and hypothesized.And explain the method used in hypothesis testing.Then,design and analyze the scale of green operation dynamic factors of port service supply chain.The introduction of the questionnaire design includes the design ideas,design methods,data sources and collection introduction of the scale,and exploratory factor analysis and CFA evaluation of the scale.Finally,based on the structural equation method,fitting and empirical analysis are carried out on the model proposed in the article,and the model is fitted and revised.Including hypothesis testing and path analysis,through the reorganization of the dynamic factors,the dynamic factor correlation model structure of the green operation of the port service supply chain can be obtained.For the path that has passed the hypothesis test,the variables have been calculated Direct effects,indirect effects,and overall effects of behaviors,based on empirical results,draw countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusion part summarizes the full text,and puts forward research conclusions,innovation points and shortcomings.The article uses the structural equation model to verify the conceptual model of the dynamic factors of the green operation of the port service supply chain,and derives the dynamic factors that affect the green operation practice of the port service supply chain,and develops more targeted green for the port and service supply chain enterprises.The transformation development strategy provides the basis for decision-making,helps it improve the efficiency of green operations,and promotes and maintains the unity of economic and environmental benefits.
