With the improvement of China's information technology and social service system,the coal industry is in the transition from "golden period" to "stable period",the coal supply chain is gradually transforming and upgrading to the coal service supply chain,and the coal industry is also making profits from simply relying on the price difference of coal sale,and gradually gaining profits from the overall system of coal supply chain management service.However,after the transformation,the coal service supply chain only considers the operation efficiency,not the operation efficiency of the whole coal service supply chain.There is a problem that the members of the chain only consider their own marginal benefits when making decisions,and do not consider the marginal benefits of other members,resulting in the "double marginal benefits" of the supply chain system profit not achieving the optimal.The profit distribution and coordination mechanism in coal service supply chain is absent.Therefore,this thesis studies the coordination mechanism of coal service supply chain dominated by supply chain managers,to make up for the lack of profit distribution mechanism,to solve the problem of "double marginal benefits" in coal service supply chain,and to provide theoretical guidance for the coal industry to effectively improve economic benefits in supply chain management services.Based on the typical cases of coal service supply chain,this thesis defines the concept,function and scope of coal service supply chain,and combs out three different supply structures in the actual operation of coal service supply chain,which are single chain supply structure composed of single coal producer,single coal supply chain manager and single coal distribution enterprise;divergent network supply structure composed of single coal producer,single coal supply chain manager and multiple independent coal distribution enterprises;convergence network supply structure composed of several coal production enterprises,a single coal supply chain manager and a single coal distribution enterprise.Furthermore,this thesis studies the "double marginal benefits" of these three different supply structures in a quantitative way,innovating and expanding the research paradigm of coal service supply chain.This thesis is different from the previous research perspective which is dominated by coal production enterprise.Based on the game method,for the first time,this thesis takes coal service supply chain dominated by coal supply chain manager to construct the decentralized decision-making model,the partial alliance decision-making model and the whole node enterprise large alliance decision-making model.Through the comparative analysis of different decision-making models,it verifies the existence of the problem of "double marginal benefits".In order to solve the problem of "double marginal benefit" in the chain,this thesis designs a revenue sharing and coordination mechanism based on MCRS,improved shapely method,nash negotiation method,minimum core revenue distribution method and simplified MCRS for three different supply situations of single chain,convergence and divergence network coal service supply chain.The mechanism is verified by data simulation.The feasibility and applicable conditions of the coordination mechanism are discussed.Among them,the research on convergence and divergence of three-level network coal service supply chain upgrades the supply chain structure in the previous research on supply chain coordination,and fills the gap in the research on one-more structure and more-one structure of coal service supply chain.Through this study,we can get the following conclusions:(1)The coal service supply chain can improve the problems existing in the traditional coal supply chain,such as the lagged development of circulation links,the fragmentation of resources and the real unsatisfied terminal demandIt can be seen from the typical cases of coal service supply chain operation that the coal service supply chain improves the fragmentation of resources in the traditional coal supply chain through the system integration of specialized division of labor,improves the backward development of the past circulation link by strengthening the price creation of circulation service,and improves the problem that the past coal customer demand can not be met effectively by providing integrated service solutions question.In the context of coal industry service transformation,we should vigorously promote the construction of coal service supply chain.(2)There is a problem of "double marginal benefit" in coal service supply chainBased on the theory of supply chain management,it can be seen that coal service supply chain improves some problems existing in the traditional coal supply chain,but it does not really achieve all the objectives of supply chain management.There is still room for further exploration in the pursuit of the goal of maximizing the profits of coal service supply chain and node enterprises,and there is a lack of scientific profit distribution mechanism among node enterprises.Through the construction of quantitative game models such as decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making,and the comparative analysis of the models,it is verified that the coal service supply chain has the problem of "double marginal benefits" under the three supply structures,that is,there are node members in the supply chain who only consider their own marginal benefits and do not consider the marginal benefits of other members to make unilateral decisions,leading to the profits of supply chain system and node enterprises decrease.(3)Big alliance decision-making is the best decision-making mode in three different supply situations of coal service supply chainBased on the game theory and method,this thesis constructs three cooperative game models of coal service supply chain under three different supply structure situations.Through the deduction and comparative analysis of the models,it is found that in three different situations,the cooperative game of large alliance can make the coal order quantity in the coal service supply chain the largest,the retail price of coal the lowest,and the profit of the supply chain system the highest.At this time,the increase of supply chain system profit is realized under the double effects of increasing market demand and decreasing operation cost of node enterprises in the chain.This conclusion points out the direction for supply chain managers to expand services.(4)The coordination contract based on revenue sharing can promote the decision-making of large alliance,but for different supply structure situations of coal service supply chain,we should adopt the coordination contract based on different methodsBased on the supply chain coordination theory,this thesis constructs the revenue sharing coordination contract for the profit distribution problem after the decision-making of large alliance under the three supply structure situations of coal service supply chain.The results of data simulation show that the revenue sharing coordination contract can coordinate the profit distribution problem after the alliance,and then ensure the stability of the cooperation of the alliance.However,the coordination effect of revenue sharing coordination contract based on different methods on different supply structure situations of coal service supply chain is different.The research shows that under the single chain supply structure situation,the revenue sharing coordination contract based on the maximum and minimum cost method should be preferred.If the node enterprises in the chain are dissatisfied with the profit distribution scheme,the revenue sharing coordination contract based on the modified shapely value method can be selected instead;in the case of divergent network supply structure,the revenue sharing coordination contract based on simplified MCRs method should be selected;in the case of convergent network supply structure,the profit distribution among node enterprises can be carried out through the revenue sharing coordination contract based on contribution bargaining.(5)In the coal service supply chain,the purchase cost of the coal production enterprise,the service variable cost of the supply chain manager and the quantity of the coal production enterprise and the coal distribution enterprise participating in the supply will affect the system profit of the coal service supply chainThe results show that the purchase cost of coal production enterprise,the service variable cost of supply chain manager and the profit of coal service supply chain system have a reverse change relationship.The increase in the number of coal distribution enterprise participating in the supply and the intensification of the competition at the distribution end will increase the profit of supply chain manager and coal production enterprise,but the profit of coal distribution enterprise will decline.The increase of the number of coal production enterprise participating in the supply will increase the loss rate of the profit of the coal service supply chain system.The thesis includes 42 figures,19 tables,and 246 references.
