The batch reactor is a chemical reactor commonly used in chemical production.Because of its low cost and strong heat exchange capacity,it is widely used in petroleum,chemical,food,pharmaceutical,and other production processes.Temperature is the most important factor affecting the reaction results during the production of batch reactors,which directly affects product quality and production efficiency.The reactor itself has strong hysteresis,time variability,and non-linear characteristics,which makes it difficult to carry out temperature control.The control is difficult.In recent years,the temperature control of batch reactors has been a hot and difficult point in the field of modern industrial process control.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,this paper takes the batch reactor in the pharmaceutical production control system project as the controlled research object,and establishes a mathematical model for the reactor temperature control system.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is optimized and the variable universe theory is introduced to solve the problems of poor adaptive ability and low-temperature control accuracy of the fuzzy PID control algorithm in the temperature control process.Adding predictive control on the basis of variable universe fuzzy PID effectively solves the problem of the time-lag of the control object.A variable universe fuzzy predictive controller is designed.Simulation results show that compared with the fuzzy PID control method,variable universe fuzzy predictive control has the characteristics of small overshoot,strong anti-interference ability,and good robustness.Finally,in order to improve the control level of the reaction kettle automation industry,this paper designs a batch reactor temperature control system consisting of the host computer,the programmable controller(PLC),and communication port hardware.The architecture of the control system can be divided into two levels.The first level is the basic process control level,which directly faces the industrial control object downwards.The main devices include field control stations,programmable controllers,and other measurement and control devices.The second level is the centralized operation monitoring level,which mainly faces field operators and system engineers,and mainly implements real-time online optimization of operation management,real-time process monitoring,and control parameters.Data communication is carried out between the two levels through theProfibus DP.A temperature control system with MATLAB?WINCC?and PLC as the main components is established,and the application of advanced control algorithms in engineering is realized.The results show that the control system has high reliability,The control effect is good,and it has certain reference significance to other industrial temperature control fields.
