The turnout of coal mine railway is an important equipment for the transition of ore transport locomotive.The quality of turnout control directly affects the transport efficiency and production safety of the locomotive.In the railway control system,there are mainly three kinds of turnout control modes: staff on-site control,driver remote control and centralized control.Part of the coal mine railway environment is complex and lack of manual maintenance,the control system still has problems such as less control functions,lack of fault detection,unstable performance and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a reliable coal mine turnout control system.Based on the original remote control switch control system,this paper improves the performance of remote control,such as transmitting distance,power consumption,antiinterference,improves the control system structure and hardware control circuit,increases more reliable fault detection and feedback detection functions,and designs a set of remote control,receiver,switch controller,switch machine,locomotive approach detector,signal lamp The switch control system of the coal mine railway composed of the upper computer monitoring platform can improve the transportation efficiency and production safety of the coal mine railway.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current research situation of the coal mine turnout control system at home and abroad and the practical problems of the coal mine turnout control system in the enterprise,and puts forward the key points for the improvement of the current coal mine railway turnout control system.(2)This paper analyzes the composition and working principle of switch and switch machine,demonstrates the relationship between motor current and torque in switch machine,and determines the control object environment and control system requirements.(3)The overall scheme of the control system is designed in detail.Based on STM32 singlechip,the hardware and software of the remote controller,receiver,switch controller and locomotive approach detector are designed,and the upper computer of the control system is designed based on Lab VIEW.(4)The designed control system is realized,and on this basis,the function and performance of the modules in the control system are tested.Finally,the whole control system is tested on the coal mine railway switch.The experimental results show that the control system designed in this paper can control the turnout more efficiently and detect the turnout fault effectively compared with the original turnout control system,which improves the transportation efficiency and driving safety of the coal mine railway locomotive.The control system has the advantages of good stability,easy operation and low cost.
