In the enterprise of the production of watch accessories,the production process of the parts grinding process is generally used in the production mode of artificial mechanical operation and artificial quality inspection.In the operation process,more people are required to participate in,and the production efficiency is low,thus the failure rate is increased.Mostly the production equipment adopts the traditional relay control mode,the automatic production level is not high,and the production efficiency is low,which is difficult to meet the requirements of “reduce cost,improve efficiency,enhance quality and promote production".It is highly demanding to upgrade the old production equipment automatically to meet the production needs.According to the characteristics of the old production equipment,this thesis studies on characteristics of production line process,mechanical structure and control testing process technology,and redesigns and develops the polishing electromechanical control system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,effectively integrates the detection link,feeding link and process grinding process,realizes processing automation,greatly reduces the workload of operators,improves production efficiency and reduces cost.This paper firstly introduces the research status and development trend of polishing machine and reforming background,analyzes the production characteristics and existing problems and improve space of the polishing machine production equipment.Secondly it furtherly demonstrates the technology requirements and the polishing machine control mode,combining the characteristics of the production line of processing equipment,it confirms the mechanical structure on the base of the hydraulic cylinder drive tray,and then complete with polishing artifacts movement,and also it studies and improves the artifacts positioning structure at the same time.Finally this thesis analyzes the production process,combining the need for cost control,it confirms the control scheme of cylinder device based on the STM32 MCU controller,comes up with the design of the electric control circuit and MCU program,and configure the HMI(Human Machine Interface)the human-computer interaction Interface,which has the function of on-line monitoring,debugging and fault alarm polishing machine production equipment.Through the transformation of the grinding machine production equipment,the production automation level raises.The operation becomes simple,it can completely offer on-line data monitoring and the alarm prompt function.When the production equipment is put into operation,the production personnel are replaced by one machine of the previous machine,the production management mode of the two machines is changed,thus the efficiency is obviously improved,and the production cost is reduced significantly,the enterprise can obtain the economic benefit and the popularization and application value are obtained in the process of batch production and processing of similar parts.
