Fine blanking,as a low-consumption,high-efficiency,high-quality advanced metal forming technology,is currently more and more widely used in my country's machinery industry.With the increasing demand for fine blanking products,the existing domestic fine blanking workshop management model restricts the development of the industry.The specific performance is as follows:the capacity of the output to adapt to the dynamic changes of market orders is poor,and the contradiction between product supply and demand is outstanding;the production parameters are difficult to optimize continuously,and the equipment resources are not efficiently used;And quality traceability chain.The report of the "Nineteenth National Congress" stated that my country will enter a new historical stage of high-quality development.The development and utilization of the factory management system with digitalization,automation,and intelligence as the core has become the only way for the upgrading and development of my country's fine blank manufacturing industry.Based on a typical fine-blanking workshop,this paper proposes a new idea of data-driven fine blanking production and comprehensive introduction of lean production management methods to provide method support for the efficient operation,process optimization,and technological innovation of fine blanking production.In order to introduce the concept of big data analysis,the research established a data analysis and control platform for the entire process of fine-blanking,and analyzed and researched the whole process of fine-blanking production,including raw materials,processes,products,intermediate materials,equipment resources,human resources,etc.The principal factors affecting the management level of fine-blanking factories.Therefore,based on the lean production technology,based on the lean production technology,systematically put forward application plans and implementation methods for intelligent scheduling,quality value traceability,process parameter optimization,fine-blanking die improvement,etc.,in order to achieve more agile production and full material availability traceability,continuous optimization of fine-blanking process,and continuous improvement of fine-blanking product quality,etc.,and at the same time,it can provide data support for scientific research and production personnel in mold design and technological innovation to promote the continuous improvement of fine-blanking technology and achieve lean production and digitalization.Application of technology in fine-blanking manufacturing.Based on the above research results,this paper develops a data-driven full process management application system for a typical fine blanking workshop to realize the engineering application of the research results.Practical application shows that the system can effectively reduce the inventory of raw materials and intermediate products,adapt to the dynamic market demand stably and efficiently,make full use of equipment and human resources,and improve product quality in an orderly manner.The research results not only meet the continuous optimization need of fine blanking enterprises and promote the high-level development of fine blanking industry,but also have certain reference significance for the improvement of the management level of the related machining industry.
