In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the openness of China's market,companies are facing increasingly fierce competition from home and abroad.In this context,enterprises continue to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the business stage,and improving the management level of enterprises is of great significance to the development of enterprises.As an important part of current enterprise management,lean production management is of great significance to promote the standardization and refinement of enterprise management.In this context,this paper takes the H cigarette factory as an example,analyzes the current status of the company's lean production and related issues,and then puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions.In order to complete the research of this thesis,this paper adopts the literature analysis method to firstly clarify the relevant research results of lean production,and combs the relevant theories and management tools of lean production,which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.Furthermore,this paper takes H cigarette factory as an example,analyzes the current lean production status of the cigarette factory,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in lean production,and then puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions.According to the research of this paper,the current H cigarette factory has problems in the lean production process,such as low production efficiency,high material consumption,rising number of tobacco insects and high product defect rate.These problems are largely It hinders the lean production and management effects of H cigarette factories.At the same time,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and believes that the main reason is that the production process is unreasonable,the number of times of production is overturned,the cleaning of the production site and equipment is not in place,and the equipment management system is imperfect.Production optimization is not in place.In order to better promote the promotion and implementation of lean production in H cigarette factories,this paper proposes the implementation of JIT optimization production management process,improvement of standardized quality management and control processes,6s-based standardized tobacco control management and TnPM-based equipment management and other leans.Production management plan.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production management of H cigarette factory,this paper puts forward the implementation goals and steps of lean production,and proposes relevant safeguard measures from the perspectives of capital,personnel and hardware.
