Peony not only has the function of ornamental and environmental control,but also can be used to make oil and pharmaceuticals.It is a flower resource with high development value.With the rise of peony seed oil,various oil-making processes have also been applied to the production of peony seed oil.Among them,peony seed cake is one of the important by-products in the preparation of peony seed oil.The effect of quality is rarely studied.This project uses peony seeds from Shandong Heze Oil as raw materials.It mainly studies the comprehensive utilization of peony seeds in actual production and processing.The obtained peony seed oil and cake were studied,and the effects of processing technology on the characteristics and quality indexes of peony seed oil and cake were compared,and the effects of different oil production processes on the quality of peony seed oil and cake were studied.Explore methods that are more suitable for peony seed processing,provide theoretical basis and design drafts for peony seed processing,and respond to the needs of national development,and more fully develop and utilize the economic value of peony seed cake.The main research contents of this topic are as follows:In this section,the physical and chemical properties,fatty acid composition,tocopherol content,antioxidant activity,and oxidative stability of peony seed oil prepared by pressing method,subcritical extraction method,and supercritical carbon dioxide were studied.The results show that all the extracted oils are rich in unsaturated fatty acids(about 92%),and the content of linolenic acid in subcritical oil is about 43.5%,followed by supercritical oil.Finally,in the case of crushed oil,subcritical oil has a higher trace element composition Its Cu,Na,and Mg contents are higher,among which the copper content is the highest.Subcritical oil has the highest tocopherol content,antioxidant activity,and oxidative stability.When oxidatively induced rancidity,the subcritical oil has the longest time and exhibits high oxidation stability.Therefore,subcritical extraction is the best method to extract peony seed oil.Peony seed cake is one of the important by-products in the preparation of peony seed oil,which accounts for about 40% of the total mass of peony seeds.The physical and chemical indexes,amino acid composition,and mineral content of peony seed meal after oil extraction by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide were studied,and the resulting meal was scanned by microscopic electron microscopy.The results show that peony seed cold-pressed meal is more complete and has a unique flavor.Compared with the other two methods of oil production,the pressing cost is the lowest and the process is the fastest.However,the cold-pressing process is inefficient and consumes a lot of resources.In terms of methods,cold-pressed cakes are easier to obtain,but overall,subcritical cakes have a high degree of structural damage,a more uniform texture of the cakes,and relatively good quality.Therefore,subcritical extraction can be used to extract peonies.Seeds are extracted.According to the above experimental content of peony seed oil,combined with the characteristics of peony seed oil products,complete the 10 T / D peony seed crude oil freeze filtration process design.Because peony seed oil is rich in nutrients and has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids,the method of freeze filtration can better retain the effective components of peony seeds.In addition,the freeze filtration is purely physical refining,and there is no discharge of sewage and exhaust gas.While ensuring the high quality of peony seed oil,it plays a role of saving resources and protecting the environment.
