At present,Wulongquan mine is faced with the problems such as “high quality limestone ore excessive accumulation,stope imbalance,difficulty of rock dumping,and the sharp decline on the mine resources utilization”.In recent years,interbedded ore is bulk accumulation on stope because of its poor sales channels and capacity constraints of rock dumping.Ore blending model applied to interbedded ore blending has been put forward in order to improve the resource utilization of the mine,reduce the cost and pressure of rock dumping and increase mine production.By sorting out and systematically summarizing the research status and development trend of ore matching technology theory in this paper,Ore blending models are summarized from the point of the application,effect and the scope of application based on production status and output product's quality requirements of Wulongquan mine.There are ore blending models such as general linear programming method,0-1 integer programming method,balanced coefficient method,multi-objective genetic algorithm,multi-round particle swarm optimization,immune clonal selection algorithm,fuzzy multi-objective optimization algorithm.Ore grade distribution digital model of Wulongquan mine is established by the mining engineering software of 3DMine based on its geologic information to provides reliable basic information of development about ore ore blending scheme.At the same time,the reliability of the model is verified.Ore blending model of multiple useful elements and comprehensive quality is established based on the principle of maximum utilization of mineral resources and the application steps are developed.The basic parameters of the ore blending are determined as ?=50%,?=15.5%?17.5%,?=4.5%(low-grade dolomite);?=52%,?=11%?14%,?=4%(interbedded ore).Finally,the adaptability and reliability of the ore blending model was verified by summarizing the application effect of the ore blending model in 2015 and ore quality feedback information in practice.Cumulative 1.7169 million tons of ore output from 54blasted-piles by 34 m stages ore blending work in stope in 2015,production plan for 2015 is completed,the quality of low-grade dolomite and interbedded ore are qualified with the rate of 98.58%(low-grade dolomite)and 96.55%(interbedded ore),and the mine production requirements are accomplished.
