Based on the energy saving and emission reduction technology of the micro printing concept,the printing method combining liquid disperse dyes with binders and thickeners can achieve the goal of low energy consumption in the disperse dye printing process.In this paper,the stability of liquid disperse dyes and the printing performance of liquid disperse dyes are studied.The main research contents are:1)The effect of the amount of abrasive AR on the preparation efficiency and stability of Disperse Orange 288 was discussed,and the rheological properties of the three dyes O288-AR10,O288-AR20 and O288-AR30 were compared with the leveling agent LV and dispersant W influences.The results show that when the AR mass fraction of the abrasive is 30%,the grinding time is the shortest(1.5 h),the average particle size is the smallest 457.43 nm,the PDI reaches 0.139,the dye grinding efficiency is positively related to the amount of the abrasive AR,but the dye placement stability and grinding The dosage is less relevant;the dispersant W will not change the plastic fluid characteristics of O288-AR10 at low shear rates,Newtonian fluid characteristics at high shear rates,and the leveling agent LV makes all three dyes have pseudoplastic fluids.feature.2)The effects of 7 additives(TU130,TU100,TU150,ATS4,CP9,DC12,DCC20)on the rheology and stability of O288F were studied.The addition of TU130 will not change the characteristics of O288 Bingheim-type plastic fluid.The addition of additives makes the dye assume pseudoplastic fluid characteristics.The addition of CP9 and TU150 allows the dye to obtain good centrifugal stability and heat storage stability at the same time.3)The mathematical model of the rheology of liquid disperse dyes is studied and the rheological characteristic values of the dyes are summarized.The characteristic parameters C*(the viscosity value of the liquid dye system at low speeds)and the C0 value(changes in the relationship between shear stress and shear rate)Rate)as an indicator of dye stability evaluation.When the viscosity and shear rate are pseudo-plastic rheological characteristics,C*value=3?8,C0 value=80?500;when the viscosity and shear rate are plastic rheological characteristics,C*value=3?8,C0 value=2?20.At this time,the liquid disperse dye has good placement stability.5)The rheological properties of the cz-1,pk-1,and sodium alginate compound systems and the effects of dyes on the rheology of the paste system were investigated.The results showed that the viscosity of the paste added with sodium alginate was lower and the shear thinning.The effect is more obvious.Disperse Orange 30 and Disperse Red 4088 have the most obvious viscosity reducing effect on color paste.4)The rheology of the cz-1,pk-1,sodium alginate compound system and the influence of the dye on the rheology of the paste system were investigated,and 4 dyes(blue 79,orange 30,red 4088,purple 93)were compared),6 groups of paste(cz-1,cz-1:pk-1=2:1,cz-1:pk-1=3:1,cz-1:pk-1=4:1,cz-1:hz=11:1,cz-1:hz=15:1)printing clarity on five kinds of fabrics(polyester double crepe,chiffon,polyester taffeta,polyester spandex,satin).The results show that the viscosity of the paste added with sodium alginate is smaller,and the shear thinning effect is more obvious.Dispersing Orange 30 and Dispersing Red 4088 have the most obvious viscosity reducing effect on the color paste;among them,the clarity of the pattern on the polyester taffeta fabric The worst,the remaining fabrics are basically clear.At the same time,the color fastness of the printed fabrics was compared,and the results showed that the color fastness of the printed fabrics using cz-1:pk-1=3:1 was the highest,and it could reach 4-5 grades after simple washing.And the color difference and K/S value of this tissue after washing are also small.5)The effect of printing process on K/S value,absorbance of residual liquid,dye fixation rate,color fastness to rubbing,amount of waste water and waste residue was investigated.The results show that the self-made liquid disperse dyes(Blue 79,Orange 30 and Violet 93)have a low amount of thickener,high dye fixation rate,excellent dry/wet rubbing fastness,low waste water color and water consumption.The amount and waste water discharge are only 1/5 of the powdery disperse dye(blue HGL,orange S-4RL,purple VDD),and the waste residue discharge is about 1/3 of the powdery dye,which significantly reduces the post-processing burden of printing.A short-flow,ultra-low pollution clean production technology.
