The electric power industry itself is a very dangerous industry,and it is also the cornerstone of our national economic production and operation.However,Chinas research is still in the preliminary stage,we need to modestly learn from foreign countries and learn from foreign countries and learn from foreign experience,which is crucial to the safety production management of modern electric power enterprises,and also the objective need to promote the national economic development.This paper firstly studies the risk management theory and the risk management theory of safe production in domestic and foreign electric power enterprises,and defines the relevant concepts and research scope of this paper.Next,it combines with the interview of experts through the literature,he risk factors were initially identified as the main peoples low awareness of prevention is proved that the risk level once was "high risk" and now is "low risk".This is in good agreement with the actual situation.Finally,we have taken the measures to develop the electric power industry by combining the results of this study and the successful experience of the power industry in the new ward of the city,this paper proposes targeted risk control measures from the perspective of key risk factors,hoping to provide references and Suggestions,so as to further improve Total risk management level of electric power enterprises in China.In this paper,the risk assessment model based on the characteristics of power production is established by combining AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Taking the electric power of new district of A city as the empirical research object,the established risk assessment model is verified to be of strong operability and rationality,and the importance of human factor in the safe production process of electric power based on the characteristics of power production is established by combining AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Taking the electric power of new district of A city as the empirical research object,the established risk assessment model is verified to be of strong operability and rationality,and the importance of human factor in the safe production process of electric power enterprises is highlighted.
