A Research On Production Safety Management Of Electric Power Enterprises

In recent years,with the continuous and stable development of social economy,the role of power industry in the national economy and people 's daily life is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for power safety production.Safety production is the top priority of electric power enterprises,which is related to the future and destiny of enterprises.There is no safety benefit without safety production.Therefore,ensuring the safe production of the power industry has become a very important topic.In this paper,power enterprise A is taken as the research object.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the current situation of enterprises and full investigation,the problems and causes of enterprise safety production management are analyzed in detail from five aspects of personnel,equipment(equipment),environment,management and culture by using the results of essential safety theory,two-factor theory,Heinrich causal chain theory and system safety theory.Through analysis,there are mainly problems in the personnel of A power enterprise,such as weak awareness of safety production and insufficient safety production skills.In terms of equipment(equipment),the source control is not strict,operation and maintenance is not in place;there are some problems in the environment,such as insufficient ability to resist natural disasters,and the operating environment is not fully meet the requirements.In terms of management,there are problems such as inadequate implementation of responsibilities and inadequate implementation of rules and regulations;in terms of culture,there are problems such as insufficient understanding of safety culture construction and serious formalization of safety culture construction.On this basis,the key elements of the five aspects of personnel,equipment(equipment),environment,management and culture are analyzed,and the key points of the construction of safety production management system are found out.The specific system construction measures are put forward from six aspects of staff safety skills training management,equipment quality management,risk management,responsibility management,system management and safety culture,and finally the safety production management system with power production characteristics is formed.The research viewpoints and conclusions of this paper can provide reference for A electric power enterprise to focus on the construction of safety production management system and safety production management.In addition,because the internal and external environment,requirements and some problems faced by the safety production management of power enterprises are common,the results of this study can also provide reference for other local power enterprises.
