| Since entering the new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.The"Green" concept in the five development concepts has become a new driving force for cities and urban agglomerations to take the road of comprehensive,coordinated and Sustainable Development It is of great significance to build a beautiful China by combining greening with urbanization,and it is also an important way to solve the main social contradictions.This paper takes Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as an example to study the synergetic development of urbanization and greening in recent 10 years(2009-2018).The main content is as follows:The first part:clarify the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,clear the concept of urbanization,Green,pointing out that the two are a mutual integration,co-progress of the relationship.Combined with literature analysis,the scientific methods used in this paper are grey correlation analysis,Regional Sustainable Development Theory,system theory,synergy theory,etc..The second part:Through the analysis of Literature,the paper points out the current situation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,present situation of urbanization development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,current situation of green development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,and lays a case basis for the follow-up study.It is found that in the process of urbanization’s influence on the green subsystem,the most significant factors are spatial urbanization and economic urbanization,and the Correlation Coefficient of economic urbanization to the green subsystem,compared with population urbanization and humanistic urbanization,the gap is not significant.In the green system,the restriction of eco-environmental governance on the urbanization subsystem is the strongest,the eco-environmental condition is in the middle,and the weakest is the eco-environmental governance.The constraint of greening on urbanization is significantly higher than that of urbanization on greening.The synergy between urbanization and greening is characterized by fluctuation and stage,which can be divided into four stages during the research period from 2009 to 2018,and generally shows a "spiral" fluctuation characteristic,the main constraint on Greater Changsha Metropolitan Region Development in the future will be ecological and environmental issues.The last part:According to the principles of purpose,hierarchy,science and feasibility,an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of urbanization and Greater Changsha Metropolitan Region is constructed,which includes the urbanization subsystem and the greening subsystem According to its connotation,the corresponding criterion layer and index layer are set up.Through the calculation of the Correlation Coefficient model,the correlation degree Matrix,the correlation degree model and the coordination degree model,the driving factors of the coordinated development of the Green and the urbanization system are identified A time series analysis is made on the Synergy degree of Greater Changsha Metropolitan Region urbanization and greening.Finally,according to the problems found,the paper proposes to follow the concept of green development and take a new road of urbanization development;establish and improve the ecological environment management system of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration;speed up the promotion of new energy and promote the sustainable economic and social development of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration;practice the concept of green development and incorporate the green development into the urbanization construction;and promote the construction of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city The urbanization and green development of the city group should be coordinated. |
