With the development of the economy, people have higher standards for their own food, clothing, housing and transportation. The detection of harmful substances in textiles and leather has also received global attention, especially in the textile markets of developed countries such as Europe and the United States.China's textile exports have brought a severe test.In the first half of 2019,there were 33 cases of textile and apparel products exported by China, which increased the cost of enterprises and market risks. This paper studies the detection of harmful substances and has great significance for the export trade of textiles and leather products in China. In this paper, headspace solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)detection technique was first used to investigate the test method of dimethyl fumarate(DMF)content in leathers. The conditions of headspace solid phase microextraction and GC-MS were optimized by experiments, and the detection results were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the standard working curve of DMF is linear and the correlation coefficient is 0.998.The detection limit of this method is 0.023 mg/kg.The recoveries of the sample are in the range of 99.48?102.67%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.54?5.03%.The method is suitable for enrichment of trace volatile components, has simple operation, and can effectively reduce the influence of interfering substances in the leather matrix, and the result is accurate. From the actual sample analysis, the method is suitable for the analysis and detection of DMF in leathers. The study used a dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction technique to explore the test method for aromatic amine content in textiles. Two kinds of aromatic amines with the highest detection rate of o-toluidine and benzidine were selected. The conditions of liquid-liquid microextraction were optimized and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the standard working curves of the two aromatic amines o-toluidine and benzidine were linear, the correlation coefficients were 0.995 and 0.993,the detection limit of o-toluidine was 0.11 mg/kg,and the detection limit of benzidine was 0.26.The recoveries of mg/kg and o-toluidine were 99.6?100.41%,the RSD was 2.54?5.05%,the recoveries of benzidine were 96.15?99.5%,and the RSD was 3.36?4.95%.The method has short extraction time, high sensitivity, high efficiency and high recovery rate.As can be seen from the analysis of 10 actual samples, the method is suitable for the detection of aromatic amines in textiles. The ionic liquid ultrasonic assisted high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to investigate the test methods of three chlorophenol content in textiles. The experiment optimized the liquid chromatography conditions, the selection and dosage of the extractant ionic liquid, the time and power of the ultrasonic, and analyzed and detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The results show that the standard working curves of p-chlorophenol,2,4-dichlorophenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are linear and the correlation coefficients are 0.997,0.995 and 0.998,respectively.The detection limit of phenol was 1.07 mg/kg,the recoveries were 96.35?98.42%,the relative standard deviation was 3.81?5.36%,and the detection limit of 2,4-dichlorophenol was 1.53 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation was 9.64?98.9%,the relative standard deviation was 2.24?5.30%,the detection limit of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol was 2.18 mg/kg,the recoveries were 99.58?102.63%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.95?4.61%.The method is simple, safe, environmentally friendly and has a high recovery rate According to the analysis of 5 actual samples, the method is suitable for the detection of chlorophenol-containing substances in textiles.
