The soaping agent for printing and dyeing of reactive dye generally has the problem of poor coloring ability and stain resistance during the soaping process,and the soaping agent currently on the market is difficult to meet the requirements of anti-staining performance.In order to solve the above problems,Maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinyl imidazole(MA-AA-VIM)terpolymer and Maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-allyl alcohol polyoxy alkyl ether(MA-AA-F6)terpolymer were developed and used as anti-staining agents,and compounded with nonionic surfactants to prepare a high-efficiency anti-staining soaping agent,which was applied to the soaping of reactive dyes and compared with the simliar type of soaping agent on the market.The specific research contents and results are as follows:Part ?:preparation and application of Maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinyl imidazole(MA-AA-VIM)terpolymer:The copolymer of maleic anhydride and acrylic acid was prepared by free radical polymerization On this basis,the active monomer N-vinyl imidazole(VIM)was introduced to prepare maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinyl imidazole(MA-AA-VIM)terpolymer.MA-AA-VIM was used as anti-staining agent,and compounded with nonionic surfactant to prepare a high-efficiency anti-staining soaping agent which was applied to dyeing soaping with reactive dyes,the influence of soaping factors on soaping performance were studied,the soaping conditions were optimized,the properitis of anti-stain detergent were tested and compared with domestic soaping agents of the simliar type.The results showed that the optimal polymerization conditions of MA-AA-VIM terpolymer were as follows:the mass ratio of acrylic acid,maleic anhydride and N-vinyl imidazole was 6:2:0.8,the dosage of initiator ammonium persulfate was 4.5%of the total mass of monomers,the polymerization temperature was 85?,the dropping time was 1.5 h,the dispersing property,chelating property of MA-AA-VIM were 453.78 mg/g and 447.27 mg/g respectively.The mass ratio of nonionic surfactants O-7,O-25 and MA-AA-VIM were optimized to prepare a highly effective anti stain soaping detergent.Optimal formulation of highly effective anti stain soaping detergent was as follows:the content of MA-AA-VIM terpolymer was 15%,the content of O-7 was 1.5%,and the content of O-25 was 0.5%.Optimal formulation of highly effective anti stain soaping agent was as follows:the dosage of soaping agent was 4 g/L,the temperature of soaping was 95?,the time of soaping was 25 min,and the bath ratio was 1:50.MA-AA-VIM soaping agent has excellent anti-staining performance and cleaning performance.The dry rubbing color fastness grade of the dyed fabric after soaping reached 4-5 grades,and the wet rubbing color fastness reached 4 polyoxy alkyl ether(MA-AA-F6)ternary copolymers.MA-AA-F6 was used as anti-staining agent,and compounded with nonionic surfactant to prepare a high-efficiency anti-staining soaping agent which was applied to dyeing soaping with reactive dyes,the influence of soaping factors on soaping performance were studied,the soaping conditions were optimized,the properitis of anti-stain detergent were tested and compared with domestic soaping agents of the simliar type.The results showed that the optimal polymerization conditions of MA-AA-F6 were as follows:the mass ratio of acrylic acid,maleic dispersing properly,chelating property of MA-AA-F6 were 312.95 mg/g and 372.23 mg/g respectively.The mass ratio of nonionic surfactants O-7,O-25 and MA-AA-F6 were optimized to prepare a highly effective anti stain soaping detergent Optimal formulation of highly effective anti stain soaping detergent was as follows the content of MA-AA-F6 terpolymer was 12%,the content of O-7 was 1%,and the content of O-25 was 0.5%.Optimal formulation of highly effective anti stain soaping agent was as follows:the dosage of soap was 3 g/L,the temperature of soap washing was 90?,the soap washing time was 30 min,and the bath ratio was 1:50.MA-AA-F6 soaping agent has excellent anti-staining performance and cleaning performance.The dry rubbing color fastness grade of the dyed fabric after soaping reached 4-5 grades,and the wet rubbing color fastness reached 4 grades.MA-AA-F6 soaping agent had better soaping performance than MA-AA-NVP soaping agent and MA-AA soaping agent did,and the price of MA-AA-F6 soaping agent was lower than MA-AA-NVP soaping agent.Therefore,MA-AA-F6 soaping agent had broad application prospects.In conclusion,on the basis of maleic anhydride acrylic acid binary copolymer,the active monomer N-vinyl imidazole(VIM)and allyl alcohol polyoxy alkyl ether(F6)were introducd to prepaer MA-AA-VIM terpolymer and MA-AA-F6 terpolymer by free radical polymerization method successfully,which obviously improved the dispersibility,chelation and anti-staining of copolymers,and the MA-AA-VIM soaping agent and MA-AA-F6 soaping agent were applied to the soaping of reactive dyes with excellent soaping performance and good dry and wet rubbing color fastness.MA-AA-VIM soaping agent has excellent anti-staining performance and cleaning performance,but its cost is higher than general soaping agents.MA-AA-F6 soaping agent not only has good anti-staining performance and cleaning performance,but also has low cost.Therefore,MA-AA-F6 soaping agent has broad application prospects and market value.
