Superhydrophobic surface is a kind of special material whose contact angle to water is more than or equal to 150° and sliding angle is less than 10°.This kind of material has attracted many scholars' interest and made remarkable progress because it can make the water drop on the surface approximate to a round ball and easily slide off from the surface.In addition,superhydrophobic materials have broad application prospects in antifouling,oil drainage,antibacterial,deicing and oil-water separation.In the application of modern superhydrophobic materials,the transmittance and stability of superhydrophobic surface are two important factors to measure whether it can be used in practice,so it is urgent to make a superhydrophobic surface with both high transmittance and well stability.Based on the above principles,this paper constructs a method by reducing the surface energy and combining the roughness Transparent and stable superhydrophobic surface.Its main contents include:1.Hydrophobic SiO2 is used as the particle to build roughness,and mixed with low surface energy to form uniform water-based solution.By combining with a layer of three anti paint scraped on 3M transparent double-sided adhesive,a transparent and stable super hydrophobic surface is obtained by controlling its thickness.The contact angle of this surface to water can reach 158°,the dynamic sliding angle is 2°,and the transmittance can reach more than 90%.The surface is still superhydrophobic after being polished by 150 grit sandpaper.It can keep superhydrophobic performance under high temperature test and strong acid and alkali test.2.A stable and transparent superhydrophobic surface was constructed by combining SiO2 nano particles with 3M transparent double-sided adhesive and silicon elastomer.The surface preparation and preparation process were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,optical contact angle tester,etc.the static contact angle of the prepared superhydrophobic surface to water was 156.6°,the dynamic sliding angle was less than 2%,and the light transmittance was 86%,After the coating surface is polished by 80 grit sandpaper,it still possessed excellent superhydrophobic ability.In the scratch experiment,it could also maintain superhydrophobic performance and realize self-cleaning ability by scraping violently.Its excellent performance plays an important role in practical application within a certain range.3.Apply the prepared transparent super hydrophobic surface to different substrates,combine with different substrates to form a hydrophobic,stable,transparent superhydrophobic material,and use the contact angle test,stability test,and some intuitive characterization to confirm the surface it can be applied to actual life production.
