Augmented reality technology is a technology that calculates the position and angle of camera images in real time and adds information such as corresponding images,videos,and 3D models.It is widely used in business,medical,entertainment,military,engineering and other fields,and has not yet been applied in oilfield training.Due to the complexity and danger of work in the oil field,traditional training methods are difficult for oil field employees to understand the principle and operation process of the equipment in a short period of time,resulting in employee misoperation and serious consequences.In response to the above problems,this paper introduces augmented reality technology into the oil field operation training system,and realizes the operation guidance for employees with intuitive and realistic virtual label demonstration effects,improving the efficiency of employee training and reducing the occurrence of dangerous situations.The research content is divided into three aspects:1.Research on single and multi-sign recognition and virtual object tracking and positioning,and propose an image threshold calculation method based on OTSU algorithm.First of all,design,analyze,process,match and register the oilfield identification,and then use the OTSU algorithm to preprocess the acquired video frame sequence,calculate the appropriate threshold,increase the number of feature points extracted during image preprocessing,and realize real-time Change the threshold,improve the efficiency of identification of the logo,and reduce the impact of light on the logo.Finally,locate the device principle and operation method in the form of text,video,three-dimensional animation and other virtual tags to realize the virtual information operation wizard based on the logo.2.Research on the tracking and positioning of virtual objects based on the scene plane.First,detect the real space picture through the camera of the handheld device,extract the feature points of the scene plane(such as the ground and the desktop),complete the plane detection,and generate the virtual plane;then pass the hit-test collision test to select the virtual object on the plane The positioning point calculates the position and rotation information of the camera in real time to complete the positioning and tracking of the virtual model.Finally,through lighting estimation,the virtual object and the real working environment are merged in brightness to realize the virtual information operation wizard based on the scene plane.3.Build a mobile augmented reality system for oil depot operation wizard.The Unity3 D engine,ARTool Kit and ARKit development library are used to build an augmented reality prototype system.For small devices,virtual information is positioned based on the logo,and large devices are positioned based on the scene plane.According to the operation process of the oil depot,the equipment structure,operation principle,operation method,and operation steps are displayed with audio,video,virtual model,virtual animation and other information to assist employees in understanding the equipment.Finally,through the human-computer interaction technology,the virtual model is picked up,moved and zoomed,and released to the mobile terminal to realize the mobile depot operation guide mobile augmented reality prototype system.
