The traditional method of chemical production equipment training is to read paper documents,teachers with apprentices,which brings a series of problems to the trainers,such as long training time consumption,low training efficiency,easy to cause errors,etc.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional training methods of chemical production equipment,it is of great significance to apply AR technology to the training of chemical production equipment in order to shorten the training cycle,improve the training efficiency and reduce the training cost.Based on the specific analysis of the existing chemical production equipment training courses,this paper brings augmented reality technology into the chemical production equipment training program,and studies the chemical production equipment training system.The main work includes:(1)The establishment of three-dimensional model of chemical production equipment enterprises.In this paper,the chemical plant is investigated first,and the composite modeling method is selected as the main modeling method.Then,the optimization and management of the chemical equipment model are carried out from the aspects of production specification,naming management and model details optimization.Based on the model,the AR interaction method of chemical equipment is studied.(2)In this paper,the key technology of augmented reality training system for chemical production equipment plane detection is studied.There may be more than one plane in the actual application scenario,and the recognition effect of RANSAC algorithm for multi plane is not ideal.Therefore,based on the original RANSAC algorithm,through the weighted classification of plane feature points,this paper improves and proposes a multi plane fitting algorithm based on RANSAC to ensure that the loading plane can still be identified on multiple fuzzy planes,and realizes the three-dimensional registration of chemical equipment scene.(3)The model of chemical production equipment training system based on augmented reality is constructed,and the training prototype system based on unity 3D platform and Xiaolong ar intelligent glasses is developed,which realizes the roaming of chemical equipment ar scene.The equipment model and training content are related to each other,and the cognitive and training of equipment and production process are carried out through animation demonstration,image display,explanation video,text explanation and voice explanation by using the human-computer interaction technology of Xiaolong ar.
