Research And Application Of 3D Virtual Simulation Training System For Post Operation Of Crude Oil Storage

Virtual training combines the advantages of virtual reality technology with training to make up for the shortcomings of traditional training.At present,the distributed collaborative virtual simulation training system is mainly used in the military and medical fields,but the research on the distributed collaborative virtual simulation training system in the field of crude oil storage is not mature.In view of the above problems,the main work of this paper is as follows:1.By analyzing the actual training requirements of crude oil storage post operation,the user roles and use cases of the system are designed,the business process of the system is given,and the hierarchical framework and functional composition of the system are designed.Second,the three-dimensional scene of crude oil storage is integrated,and the scene optimization is realized by using texture mapping technology,atlas management technology,scene visibility elimination technology,model instantiation technology and object pool technology.3.The key technologies of multi-post collaborative virtual simulation training system are studied,including Socket network communication method based on TCP/IP,scene synchronization method,virtual role automatic path-finding technology and behavior change technology.The data packet structure of network communication,JSON data transmission protocol,network communication module,hybrid synchronization method of virtual role location,finite state automaton and behavior tree of virtual role are designed.4.A three-dimensional virtual simulation training system for post operation of crude oil storage is developed,which has multi-post cooperative operation,including total server subsystem,grouping server subsystem and client subsystem.It realizes the three-dimensional virtual simulation training of standardized post operation and emergency drill handling of crude oil storage.Support multi-post staff group collaborative operation,multi-text and voice communication,single-post independent training,training process supervision,training performance recording and management and other functions.The application effect of the system is analyzed through the practical application in the oil field.This system is of great significance to the development of the new training mode in the oil field,but also provides reference for the development of related systems in other fields,and has a certain theoretical and practical reference value.
