As one of the strategic emerging industries,fluorine chemical industry has maintained a strong momentum of development since the 1990 s.ZYD group,as a fine chemical enterprise producing environmental friendly refrigerants,fluoropolymer materials and related fluorochemical products,has been developing in the direction of science and technology,environmental protection and internationalization,and has become the largest fluorine chemical production base in Asia and the leading enterprise in China's fluorine silicon industry.In recent years,the global economy continues to operate at a low level,and the domestic economic growth slows down.The fierce competition brought by structural overcapacity and the fact that high-end fluorine chemical products depend on imports make the development of fluorine silicon industry face great pressure.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,the fluorine chemical industry of ZYD group is lack of core competitiveness and anti risk ability.How to expand market share,improve profit rate and obtain sustainable and healthy development of enterprises in the growing market is a major problem ZYD group is facing at present.This paper takes ZYD group as the research object and adopts the method of combining theory with practice to carry out an in-depth study on the formulation and selection of ZYD group's competitive strategy.First of all,using the method of literature research,this paper analyzes the competitive strategy and theoretical tools of enterprises,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper;Then,by using the method of investigation and research,the internal and external environment of ZYD group is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of ZYD group are found;Finally,on the basis of SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix evaluation,this paper analyzes the cost leading strategy,differentiation strategy and centralization strategy,scientifically selects the differentiation competition strategy,and formulates the implementation path of product differentiation,service differentiation and market differentiation,and puts forward the management resources and human resources guarantee measures The implementation of differentiated competitive strategy lays the foundation.Through the analysis of the development status of ZYD group,we can judge the favorable internal conditions for the group and get the suitable competitive strategy.
