| The principals of traditional construction are masonry,pouring and other extensive-form construction which require large amounts of cast-in-place and material mixing works in the construction field.This not only produces large amounts of construction waste during the construction process,but also raises dust and creates noise pollution which are very serious issues.Besides,as a big producer of straw,in our country,multipurpose utilization rate of straw is very low,processing mode is relatively old and large amounts of straws are directly burned causing severe environmental pollution.This article has introduced the concept of straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structure system,which took straw as construction material in fabricated buildings.It also suggested new concept for the multipurpose utilization of straw and research & development of new-type fabricated construction structure system.Firstly,this thesis relies on BIM to design straw-steel composite walls,panels,and the connected nodes of components of straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structure system.Then,static tests were conducted to obtain the loading features and deformation mode of straw-steel composite walls,panels and other prefabricated parts under the effect of load.Finally,ETABS software was applied to perform finite element analysis on straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structures to reveal their working principle.In this article,mainly the following research works have been performed:1.Design of straw-steel composite panel wall multi-layer fabricated building structures.This article has firstly introduced the concept of straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structure systems and relied on BIM to design the constitutions of fabricated structure systems of straw-steel composite walls,panels,prefabricated components and the connected nodes of components focusing on multi-layerbuildings.Connecting process between components has been simulated and the solutions of problems occurring during construction process has been developed.2.Static tests on the scale model of straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structures were designed and the scale model of two-layer straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structures were made.The processing and fabrication of prefabricated components were discussed and static tests on scale model were conducted.According to the strain of force-bearing parts of straw-steel walls,panels and prefabricated components and the nodal displacements of steel frame,the loading features of structural elements and deformation modes of steel frames under the effects of vertical load were obtained.3.ETABS software was applied to conduct finite element analyses on straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structures.By comparing simulation and test results,the correctness of finite element method was verified.The finite element model results of five-layer straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structures was compared with that of non-straw panel structures to reveal the working principle of straw-steel composite panel wall fabricated structure systems. |
