As a carrier for transporting compressed natural gas,long-tube trailers have been developed in China for more than 30 years,and the usage has been increasing,the driving range has gradually expanded.Therefore,the safety research on long tube trailers is essential.This paper relies on the "Research on the key technology of risk prevention and control of mobile pressure-bearing special equipment",taking long-tube trailer as the research object,and carrying out damage analysis and pipeline leakage monitoring method for pipeline.The specific research content as follows:(1)According to the regular inspection cases provided by the Gas Equipment Department of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute,the statistical analysis of the damage of the long-tube trailer pipeline is carried out,and the mechanism of the most prone crack defects is analyzed.(2)For the leakage problem of the rear warehouse pipeline caused by crack defects,I have compared the pipeline leakage diffusion models.The Gaussian smoke mass model is the most suitable theoretical model for such leakage.Improvements of Gaussian smoke mass model have been made to suit for leak propagation in long tube trailer pipelines better.(3)Using the Fluent software to simulate the leakage diffusion of CNG,establishing pipeline leakage source with apertures of 0.1mm,0.2mm,and 0.3mm,respectively,and setting the pressure inside the pipeline to 20 MPa.The instantaneous velocity,pressure and back chamber leakage of the orifice were analyzed.The leakage mode and path of pipeline CNG leakage were preliminarily obtained,and the simulation results were verified by theory.(4)The research on leakage monitoring experimental methods had been conducted.A long-tube trailer pipeline leakage research experimental platform had been building,and infrared methane sensor for leakage measurement had been selected.With.net as the development platform,RAI,ADO.net,HTML5 and CSS3 as the core technologies,and a hierarchical B/S architecture is used to establish a data acquisition system to realize visual leakage online monitoring.The leak monitoring method studied in this paper can detect the leak in a short time through the sensor,and conduct online monitoring of the gas concentration in the rear warehouse,which provides a guarantee for the safe operation of the long tube trailer,and fills in the blank of the online monitoring of the long tube trailer leakage.
