Natural gas is the most important source of energy,accounting for more than half of the world's total primary energy consumption.The construction of oil and gas pipelines in China has been growing at a rapid pace.However,most of the pipelines along the oil and gas pipeline are short of online monitoring and alarm devices for natural gas leakage,so it is impossible to predict and timely grasp the working conditions of natural gas pipelines,and the phenomenon of natural gas pipeline leakage is common.At present,oil and gas leakage detection is mostly manual inspection,reporting level by level,low cost and high efficiency.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs a kind of on-line monitoring and alarm device for oil and natural gas pipeline leakage,which is convenient for patrol inspection and maintenance,which is conducive to take corresponding measures in the first time to avoid the further expansion of the situation.The main research contents and innovation points include:1.A design scheme of a weir well type oil and gas pipeline leakage on-line monitoring and alarm device is proposed.The existing problems and future development trend of oil and gas pipelines at home and abroad are deeply analyzed.Combined with the theory of natural gas leakage detection,information transmission and Internet of things technology,an innovative solution of integrated infrared detection technology and wireless communication technology to realize online monitoring and alarm is proposed.2.The hardware platform of the online monitoring and alarm device for oil and gas pipeline leakage based on STM32 was built.STM32F103 is used as the main control chip to control and process the main function modules.The infrared gas sensor,alarm module,GPRS wireless communication module and solar power supply module are connected with the main control chip to complete the corresponding circuit design and realize the establishment of the hardware platform of the online monitoring and alarm device for oil and natural gas pipeline leakage.3.Software design of online monitoring and alarm device for oil and gas pipeline leakage is realized based on the integrated platform of industrial interconnection end cloud.The system master control program,data acquisition program and wireless communication program of the oil and natural gas pipeline leakage monitoring and alarm device are designed,the human-computer interaction interface is also designed and an online monitoring platform for natural gas pipeline leakage has been built.4.The performance indexes of the online monitoring and alarm device for oil and natural gas pipeline leakage are experimentally studied,and various functions of the online monitoring cloud platform are tested.The performance indexes of the natural gas pipeline leakage on-line monitoring and alarm device are: standard deviation(repeatability)of 0.49%,zero drift of 0.40%,range drift of 0.30%,response time less than 30 s.The functions of online monitoring platform are tested.The experiment and test results verify the rationality of the scheme and the design of software and hardware.The research results provide practical and feasible solutions for the safety of gas leakage in oil and natural gas pipelines,and promote the intelligent management of oil and natural gas pipelines.
