As an indispensable production tool in modern manufacturing,Machining Centers are widely used in various fields.As an important part of the Machining Center,the column's dynamic performance directly affects the dynamic performance of the Machining Center.The ideal column should have the characteristics of light weight and high rigidity.With the rise of green manufacturing,the design of Machining Centers is moving toward a lightweight direction.As a key component of the Machining Center,the column optimization structure can effectively improve the working performance of the machining center and reduce the production cost.In order to ensure the Machining Center column has good static stiffness,,precision retention,dynamic characteristics and processing technology,it is necessary to carry out finite element analysis on the Machining Center column,accurately find the key factors that limit the performance of the Machining Center,and provide scientific basis and data support for the optimized design of the Machining Center.This thesis takes the Machining Center column as the research object,take the structural dynamics theory as the basis,analyze and optimize the design of the Machining Center column.Create a column geometry model using 3D graphics software Solid Works and imported the geometry into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,guided by finite element theory,statics related knowledge and modal analysis theory,perform finite element analysis on the Machining Center column.Calculate the stress,displacement,and modal frequency of the Machining Center column.Combining the sensitivity analysis theory,select the design parameters in the Machining Center column,calculate the sensitivity of each design parameter for the first-order modal frequency of the Machining Center column.Select the parameter with high sensitivity as the design variable,and combine the optimization theory to establish the optimization model of the Machining Center column,the first-order frequency is used as the target for optimization design.The final design is obtained by optimizing the design of the Machining Center column.The first-order frequency of the column is improved under the premise that the quality of the column is not increased too much,and the dynamic performance of the column is optimized.This thesis provides a theoretical basis and solution for the finite element analysis of the Machining Center through the optimization research of the Machining Center column.It has certain reference significance for the design and practical application of the Machining Center.
