Wenzhou Chaweisi Hardware Co.,Ltd.is a professional manufacturer of zinc alloy handles with an annual production capacity of 240 tons of zinc alloy handles.According to relevant national regulations,the project must be analyzed for environmental impact assessment.The details are as follows:(1)The grinding wastewater generated by this project is 390 t / a,and the domestic sewage is 960 t / a.After the grinding wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the septic tank,it will reach the first level A of the Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).Can only be discharged after the standard;circulating cooling water and water film dust removal water will not be discharged.Therefore,the wastewater produced by this project has little impact on the environment.(2)In this process of die casting,due to the melting of the zinc alloy,a small amount of die casting soot and polishing dust will be generated in the process.The amount of die casting soot is about 0.0128 t / a,and the amount of polishing dust is about It is 0.256 t / a.According to the prediction results,as long as waste gas treatment measures are implemented,the exhaust gas generated by this project will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment.The air quality at the location of the project belongs to the second category,and the second-level standard in the "Ambient Air Quality Standard"(GB3095-2012)is implemented.(3)According to the prediction results of noise,the plant boundary noises on the four sides of the project can meet the category 3 standards in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprise Plant Boundaries"(GB12348-2008),so the noise of this project has little impact on the surrounding environment.(4)The industrial solid wastes of this project are mainly leftovers,sediment sludge,collected dust,die-casting slag,and discarded oily rags.The amount of leftovers produced in this project is approximately 7.68 t / a;the amount of sediment sludge generated at the wastewater treatment station is approximately 0.5t / a;the amount of dust collected is 0.2304 t / a;the zinc slag produced by the die casting process is approximately the raw material consumption 3%,the output is 7.68 t / a.The amount of waste oily rags produced is about 0.01 t / a,and the amount of domestic waste is 6t / a.As long as the regulations and principles of the state and relevant departments are strictly adhered to,and various measures for solid waste treatment are effectively implemented,the solid waste generated by this project can achieve the effects of reduction,recycling and harmlessness.The generation of waste does not have much impact on the environment.
