Two new types of emulsion hydrogenation processes,(hydrogenate NBR latex and SBR latex)has been developed in this paper. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The in-situ hydrogenation of NBR latex by N2H4·H2O/GO hydrogenation system was studied. The structure and composition of NBR before and after hydrogenation were analyzed and characterized by 1HNMR and FTIR.The effects of reaction temperature, stirring speed, the amount of N2H4·H2O and GO on the degree of hydrogenation were also investigated.(2)Prepared HNBR/RGO composite membrane material and HNBR/RGO vulcanized rubber material. The mechanical properties,film-forming properties, heat resistance, aging resistance and RGO dispersion of HNBR/RGO composite membrane materials were studied. The mechanical properties of HNBR/RGO vulcanized rubber materials were explored.(3)The hydrogenation modification of SBR latex by carbon black hydrogenation system was studied. The structure and composition of SBR before and after hydrogenation were analyzed and characterized by 1HNMR and FTIR.The effects of reaction temperature, stirring speed, the amount of N2H4·H2O and carbon black on the degree of hydrogenation were also investigated.(4)The composite material of HSBR/carbon black was prepared. The changes of the crosslinking density, glass transition temperature, mechanical properties, aging resistance, ozone aging resistance and wear resistance of the composite materials with the degree of hydrogenation were studied. |
