The forming method of polymer film has a great influence on its performance.Compared with the non oriented plastic film,Biaxial oriented plastic film has experienced a certain stretch orientation in the machine and transverse directions,which changes the arrangement of the molecular chain,so the performance of the biaxial oriented plastic film is significantly improved.In the actual production process,the drawing process parameters of polymer film is one of the most intuitive factors that can reflect the performance of polymer film.In this paper,we will use the film static tensile tester to study the changes of the properties of polymer film when changing the process parameters of film drawing,so as to help guide the production in the factory.In this paper,according to the problems in the actual production process,the drawing process parameters,such as drawing ratio,drawing time and drawing temperature,which are often used in the production process,are studied.These three kinds of drawing process parameters are often changed in the production process and have an important impact on the performance of the final biaxial oriented plastic film.In addition,this paper also noted that there are two methods to produce biaxially oriented plastic film:one is asynchronous biaxially oriented method,the other is synchronous biaxially oriented method.There are obvious differences between the two methods in film orientation.Under the same production conditions,the properties of the films in the machine and transverse directions are obviously different.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:firstly,for the asynchronous biaxially oriented plastic film,the transverse orientation will destroy the machine orientation structure,the machine orientation of polymer chain will be relax,and the actual orientation degree of the film along the machine direction will be reduced.The Second is that the properties of the films are basically the same in the transverse and machine directions.And the third is that different drawing methods have different effects on the film's transverse and machine properties.Under the same drawing process,compared with synchronous biaxial oriented plastic film,asynchronous biaxial oriented plastic film shows more obvious anisotropy in the film's transverse and machine direction.
