Research Of The Production Technology And Process Of BOPET

Biaxially Oriented Plastics Film(BOPF) developed extremely rapidly inrecent years by its high intensity, good thermal stability, low lightdegeneration and other good performance,so BOPF widely serves as packingmaterial, industry material, photosensitive material, magnetic material,electric material and so on.The article analysed and researched the process of raw material,drying,extruder,casting,MDO,TDO,PRS,winder,slitter and recycling.Weimproved the performance of BOPET by changed the equipment andoptimized the process parameters.The article also discussed the crystallizationof PET and the principle & method of controlling the peroformance(thickness,intensity,shrinkage and so on) of BOPET.At the last of the articlewe analysed the question and answer of process.The research of the task provided the support of BOPET production intheory and practice for Yizheng BOPET farctory.
