Corrosion is a serious material damage phenomenon.Due to the corrosion problem,it will cause serious safety production accidents every year and cause huge economic losses.Therefore,research and development of anti-corrosion materials and anti-corrosion coatings are of great significance.In this paper,a vinyl ester resin with good properties of saturated resin and unsaturated resin is used as a film-forming substance,and a heavy powder has been developed with nano-scale powders such as titanium dioxide,talc powder,ceramic powder,sericite,barium sulfate and other fillers.Anticorrosive paint.The protective effect of the coating on hydrofluoric acid corrosion was investigated.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:1.Using vinyl ester resin as film-forming substance,styrene as cross-linking agent and diluent,adding silane coupling agent KH570 and nano fillers such as titanium dioxide,talc,ceramic powder,sericite,barium sulfate,etc.Cobalt naphthenate is used as an accelerator to prepare a vinyl ester resin anticorrosive coating that cures at room temperature.2.The optimal ratio of vinyl ester resin,diluent,accelerator and initiator was explored,and the preparation process of vinyl ester resin coating base material was optimized.The experimental results show that the optimal ratio of vinyl ester resin,accelerator and initiator is 100:0.5:0.3,and the optimal ratio of vinyl ester resin and styrene is 100:3.The curing time of the obtained base material is about 2h,after curing,the base material has the characteristics of high tensile strength(43.20 MPa),large elongation at break(14.87%),small water absorption(0.27%)and good adhesion.3.The effects of nano-fillers such as titanium dioxide,talc,ceramic powder,sericite,barium sulfate on the properties of the coating were investigated using electrochemical methods,salt spray experiments,and acid and alkali resistance tests.The results show that the order of influence on the corrosion resistance of the coating is:titanium dioxide,sericite,talc,ceramic powder and barium sulfate,and the optimal addition amount in the 20g base material is 2.0g,2.5g,1.5g,3.0g and 3.0g.Under these conditions,the salt spray resistance time and alkali resistance time of the coatings prepared can reach 100 days,the immersion time in 10%hydrofluoric acid solution can be up to 90 days.4.The effect of organically modified titanium dioxide on the performance of the coating was studied,and the corrosion resistance of the coating was further improved.The influence of modifier addition amount,reaction time and reaction pH value on the modification effect was investigated,and the electrochemical test and corrosion resistance test of the coating prepared by it were carried out.The results show that the coating prepared with the modified filler has improved corrosion resistance than the coating prepared with the modified filler.
