Entering into the 21 Century,globalization development grows faster than ever.Some crucial science and technology,information technology got a lot of break-through.And the subject of supply chain also developed a lot.The supply chain management has become one of the core competencies of an enterprise,which will exert a big impact on the business performance.And the supply chain management should not only focus on the core company strategy of the whole supply chain,but also pay attention to the enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain.To enhance the enterprise' comprehensive competency in the way of win-win cooperation with other companies.S company established in the year of 2000,which is a well-known company in fine chemicals industry of China.S company dedicated to research and develop,manufacture and sales the new products of fine chemicals.In the year of 2014,S company has successfully listed in the stocks exchange agent of Shenzhen city,China.S company has four business segments,Electrolyte for Lithium Ion Battery(short for EL),Basic materials for electrolyte,Daily chemicals and special chemicals,Cathode materials for Lithium Ion Battery.The EL is one of the most important components of the batteries for the Electric cars,which is a kind of new energy cars.Especially,in recent years,the development of the electric cars market grows very fast.The requirement for EL is very big.But with the business expansion,the supply chain management problems have become a bottleneck in the process of the fast growth of EL business.It is time to improve and optimize the supply chain management to meet the requirements of future business development.This paper takes the EL division of S company as the study goal,to analyze its current supply chain management process,and try to dig out the root-cause of the issues of the supply chain,including the management framework,bad operation performance,inefficient information communication in the supplier management,misunderstanding going through the logistics management.Apply the management theory on the supply chain to these findings,optimize the supply chain management of EL division of S company by reorganize the management team of the supply chain and strengthen the integration of supply chain information.Not only solidify,but also upgrade the working process mode of logistics management,eventually make the operation of the whole supply chain much more efficient.Absolutely such activities will satisfy customer simultaneously,and strengthen the competency of S company as a leader in this field.This paper displayed an useful plan for the EL division of S company to streamline its supply chain management.The author hopes that this paper can give some inspires to factories or companies in industry who are looking for ways to better their supply chain management.It would be very nice if someone can refer to certain method used in this paper and apply to their business to improve their business performance.
