Logistics Cost Management Of Iron And Steel Enterprises Based On Supply Chain Management

With the rapid development of economy,the traditional steel industry is also facing major challenges.The actual situation shows that if enterprises want to actively participate in market competition,it is far from enough to rely on their own resources,especially in the steel industry with relatively mature technology development,so more people turn their eyes to the third profit source: logistics.The traditional logistics mode can not meet the requirements of the market for enterprises.As one of the large iron and steel enterprises in China,a iron and steel enterprise is in the stage of logistics management,so it is difficult to have further development.In the face of such internal and external environment,this paper thinks that a steel enterprise should study the logistics management from the perspective of supply chain management.Combined with the production process of iron and steel enterprises,this paper deeply studies the content of logistics management of iron and steel enterprises,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of current logistics management of iron and steel enterprises in China,and analyzes and discusses the main existing problems as a whole.Then,the paper studies the feasibility of using the idea of supply chain management to guide the logistics cost optimization of enterprise A: analyzes the basic situation of the logistics management of enterprise A,summarizes the main problems existing in the current logistics management of enterprise A,and analyzes the feasibility of implementing the supply chain management of enterprise A.By summarizing the research status of supply chain management,logistics management from the perspective of supply chain management and logistics management of iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of logistics management based on the idea of supply chain management from the supply logistics,production logistics and sales logistics of A iron and steel enterprise,so as to reduce the logistics cost by optimizing logistics management,The upstream suppliers,the enterprise itself and the downstream distributors in the supply chain of a iron and steel enterprise are connected together to form a complete supply chain.At the same time,the internal supply chain and external supply chain of the enterprise are built.The qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out from the overall perspective.
