In recent years,great changes have taken place in the competition environment,along with the speed-up of economic globalization,marketization and informationization,and the development of the socialist market-oriented economy.It is now becoming increasingly more imperative for the enterprises in China to upgrade their management and services.Under the similar circumstance,the steel works are confronted with the pressure such as constantly shortening of delivery date,improving of product quality,lowering of cost and updating of services,with the globalization of the iron and steel market and the development of information technology.Since the large stock of materials is needed in production,the purchase system of steel works still adapts the way of inventory,rather than by ordering.The traditional management mode began to appear its nature weakness.With the main complex?demotic?User-oriented requirements such as cross of the supply chain.Cooperation as an effective business model.It enables suppliers manufacturers,distribution and retailers operation and production management to achieve operational integration and optimization.in 21 century,many enterprises realized that they can't always be the top one in all business areas,only working together can make them buildup their competitive capability,the enterprises need to set up strategic alliances to increase own competitiveness and adapt to economic globalization.Supplier management should be the ramification of supply chain management about strategic alliance.This paper firstly briefs the current situation of Baotou Steel Group.Based on the theories about the management of supply chain?the management of supplier chain and strategic alliance,the author further executes an analysis on the problems existing in the current strategic alliance management system and puts forward an interior materials procurement system and interior materials procurement system model.Through studying the recent situation of research about these theories,the author introduces the purpose of this thesis.First,this thesis bases on what the author read,in order to set forth the theoretical investigation and practical analysis,from supply chain management,supplier management,strategic alliance.Through studying the recent situation of research about these theories,the author introduces the purpose of this thesis.Then,the purpose of this thesis is to study the history origin and development of the super enterprise——BAOGANG GROUP,and points out that as a super-routine developing style,beyond doubt,strategy alliance may be a good form to lift our company's competence and improve their competitive advantage,and realize"Win-Win" between BAOGANG GROUP and its suppliers through what the author has learned and working experiences with these enterprises in supplier management area.Still then,it has a foothold in BAOGANG GROUP and studies strategic alliance partnerships,analyses primarily the choice of partners,the establishment of quick response mechanism,and sets up the index system and evaluation model of the strategic alliance choice of partners,the process model of the purchasing management.Again,it studies the problems of the management from thus aspects:communications between partners,information share,alliance trust and benefits balance,etc.Finally,based on the current studies,the paper also analyzes the limitations of the proposed strategic management of supplier system and points out the orientation of amelioration in further study.
