With the increasingly serious problem of energy shortage in the world,energy saving has become the focus of attention.As a traditional process industry,iron and steel enterprises have huge energy consumption and wide energy saving space.Application of hydraulic system in iron and steel enterprises has been very mature,but because there are many energy conversion hydraulic system,the system efficiency is very low,a large amount of heat,oil pollution is serious,this situation does not meet the current requirements of environmental protection and energy saving.Iron and steel enterprises are vigorously implementing energy-saving measures,in order to reduce the cost of production and operation,improve market competitiveness.Reduce water consumption,reduce the power consumption,reduce gas consumption the ideal energy saving effect has been achieved,but the energy-saving of the hydraulic system inadequate attention,energy-saving potential has not been fully tapped.This paper studies the characteristics and operation mechanism of the hydraulic system,explores the composition of the energy consumption of the hydraulic system,and systematically studies the energy saving principle of the hydraulic system by retrieving a large amount of documents and data.Analysis of the status quo of rolling mill hydraulic system were Shaoguan small bar production line from the control of rolling mill hydraulic system valves,actuators,pumping stations,pipeline and so on,in order to find out the causes of low efficiency of rolling mill hydraulic system of Shaoguan small bar production line of high energy consumption,and put forward the effective measures and the implementation of the verification,to achieve high efficiency energy saving hydraulic system of rolling mill at SISG small bar production line.The hydraulic system of Shaoguan small bar production line rolling mill mainly due to high energy consumption and low efficiency is the major shortcomings in system design,unreasonable design and installation,to reduce energy consumption awareness.The number of valves is large and the installation is dispersed.The efficiency of the pump station is low and the heat consumption is large.The structural defects of the hydraulic cylinder lead to short service life,and the hydraulic pipeline is not corrosion-resistant,and can not adapt to the working environment of many water and often leak.With the rapid development of hydraulic technology,the new technology of energy saving has been fully utilized,and the continuous upgrading and upgrading of new energy-saving equipment has been applied,which has the conditions to solve the problem of high energy consumption and low efficiency from the source.Shaoguan small bar production line rolling mill hydraulic system by combining valve block integrated design,reduce the dispersion of 18 hydraulic control valves to the number 6 hydraulic control valves,reducing the pressure and flow loss,energy efficiency more than 15%.The analysis and verification of constant pressure variable pump flow to hydraulic source of the hydraulic system similar to Shaoguan small bar production line of rolling mill investment cost control and implementation of energy efficiency is the most favorable choice,the investment cost is increased by about 5%,but the efficiency is increased by more than 20%than the original;the use of sealing technique to improve the service life of hydraulic cylinder;the diameter,through analysis and calculation,the maximum diameter of reasonable reduced along the pipeline pressure loss and the local pressure loss,improve the efficiency of energy conversion system.
