This study experimented with the laboratory apparatus named EM20 that made by Parker. The experiment tested pressure, flow rate and temperature of the debugged equipment and verified the energy-saving efficiency intuitive. Using the advanced analysis methods discussed the experimental results thoroughly for getting the real efficiency of the energy-saving hydraulic system and more optimized parameters. This article established the experimental results curve of the hydraulic system and carried on the analysis of energy-saving optimization parameters. Introduced the experimental equipment and the usage in detail and put forward improved ways for the existing problems of the hydraulic system and simulating the institution at Pro/E environment. The following are the main research contents of this paper:1. The improvement and simulation of the mechanical structureImprove the mechanical structure of the energy-saving hydraulic system to solve the problems that be found in the experiment. Simulate the mechanical structure at Pro/E environment.2. Experiment on the hydraulic systemExperiment with the equipment using the EM20 of the Parker company to the factory. The test was carried out two times. Then collect the test data and provide the practice basis for the theory analysis.3. Deal with the test dataUsing MATLAB to deal with the test data. Analyze the efficiency and shortcomings of the energy-saving equipment. The paper has carried on the summary and the analysis finally to this topic, and put forward the proposal and the forecast to the next step work. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | oil exploitation, hydraulic, energy saving, experiment, efficiency | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
