With the development of modern industrial processes,the CO2 content in the atmosphere is increasing year by year,and a series of environmental problems caused by this have aroused widespread concern in various countries around the world.How to efficiently capture CO2 is an urgent problem to be solved by scholars from all over the world.In recent years,there have been more and more studies and reports on the absorption of CO2 using ionic liquids,but ionic liquids have been difficult Large-scale industrial applications.The porous adsorption of CO2 by MOF material has great research and application prospects.However,it is found that although the CO2 adsorption capacity is higher for most MOF materials,the selectivity of the material is not exhaustive.So,the design of MOF materials with high CO2 separation selectivity is a huge challenge for the successful application of MOF materials in the fields of gas adsorption and separation.In this paper,a series of triethylenetetramine(TETA)ionic liquids with a high amine group content and a molecular chain structure were used to support MOF materials.ZIF-8,MOF-74-Ni,and MOF-5 were prepared.MOF-808 and MOF-808 have more researches and have better CO2 adsorption effect for loading ionic liquids;the amine-based functional ionic liquid containing four different anions[TETA][NO3],[TETA][L],[TETA][BF4],[TETA][Lys]were loaded on ZIF-8,respectively,to prepare composite materials,to study the effect of IL species on adsorption performance;load[TETA][L]to ZIF-8,MOF-74-Ni,MOF-5,MOF-808 four kinds of MOF materials,prepare composite materials,study different types of MOF materials influences on the adsorption performance of composite materials;at the same time study the adsorption performance of ionic liquid loading on composite materials Influence;At the same time,three eutectic solvents choline chloride+urea,[TETA][Cl]+urea,[TETA][Cl]+ethylene glycol were synthesized and the three eutectic solvents were loaded to ZIF-8.On the MOF-5 and MOF-74-Ni three MOF materials,six composite materials were prepared to study the effect of different types of eutectic solvents and different types MOF material on the adsorption performance of eutectic solvent and MOF composite material on CO2 and N2;finally,the regeneration performance of the composite material and The adsorption mechanism was studied.The experiment results show that:IL types,MOF material types,ionic liquid loading,different types of eutectic Solvents and different MOF materials have a great influence on the adsorption performance of composite materials.Overall,the adsorption performance of ionic liquids and MOF composites is much higher than that of eutectic solvents and MOF composites,and the CO2 adsorption capacity of 40%ionic liquid loading[TETA][L]@ZIF-8 composites It is 34.67cc/g,CO2/N2 selectivity is as high as 5557.54,and it is the composite material with the best adsorption performance.Whether it is an ionic liquid and MOF composite material or a eutectic solvent and MOF composite material,after 5 cycles,the adsorption performance of the composite material is slightly reduced but the change is not large,and it is still higher than that of the simple MOF material.It shows that ionic liquid ions and MOF composite materials have high research and application prospects in the field of CO2 adsorption and separation.
