| As an important building material,wood is rich in fibrous tissues,micropores,and ducts.It absorbs moisture in the air through capillary phenomena,combined with the influence of various natural factors,makes wood produce a variety of diseases,affecting the use value and ornamental value,greatly shorten the service life.In this study,the main purpose of preparing super-hydrophobic wood,while improving other properties to a certain extent,using a simple one-step synthesis of polysilsesquioxane(MS),and then use a silicone sealant(GT)to evenly fix MS on the wood surface.Finally,stearic acid(SA)with long-chain alkanes was used to modify its surface.The main purpose of the experiment is to screen the best process conditions,such as:MS synthesis conditions,GT concentration,SA concentration,SA modification time,drying temperature,fixed temperature,etc.At the same time,hydrophobicity,color difference,self-cleaning,abrasion resistance,adhesion,freeze-thaw resistance,water absorption,antibacterial,acid and alkali resistance and ultraviolet aging are tested.First,1.2g of MTES and 0.2g of silica sol(MTES:silica sol=6:1)were placed in 30mL of absolute ethanol solvent,20mL of alkali catalyst(0.1mol/L NaOH)was added,and the ultrasonic reaction was performed at room temperature for 2.5h.The cube-shaped MS particles obtained are of regular structure,smooth surface,uniform size and size of about 2 μm.The treated wood surface has a contact angle of 141.5°.Then,the MS solution with a solid content of 1.5%and the 2%GT solution were mixed at a ratio of 1:1 by volume,and dispersed uniformLy by ultrasound for 30 minutes.After soaking the wood in it for a period of time,let it dry at room temperature.It was then fixed at 120℃ for 30 minutes.The contact angle reached 149.41°.Finally,2%SA solution was used to modify the wood for 30min,and the wood contact Angle was 157.64°,reaching the super hydrophobic level.In addition,other performances have also improved to varying degrees. |
