In recent years, with the continuous improvement of women's social status and economic ability, women's purchasing power for sports goods has also gradually increased, and the female sportswear consumer market has also begun to continuously present new opportunities and challenges. In the female sportswear consumer market, skirts are more aesthetically pleasing than trousers in sports, and are increasingly favored by professional female athletes and ordinary female sports enthusiasts. But so far, there are few studies on the thermal and moisture comfort of women's sports skirts. Therefore, research on the thermal and moisture comfort of women's sports skirts has certain guiding significance for the design and selection of sports skirts. This subject selects the current mainstream half-length sports skirts as the research object. The main purpose is to start from two factors that affect the movement state of the sports skirt hem:skirt style and fabric mechanical properties, and study these two factors on the thermal comfort of skirts,so as to seek skirt styles and clothing fabrics with better thermal comfort. This article mainly studies the thermal and wet comfort of women's skirt sportswear from the following two aspects:(1)Seven pieces of half-length sports skirts with the same specifications and different styles were made, and the influence of styles on the thermal and moisture comfort of women's sports skirts was studied through the warm manikin test and human wearing experiments.(2)Based on the research in the first part,we selected 3 fabrics and 3 skirts with good thermal and wet properties to produce 9 sports skirts with the same specifications, and through the KES style test of fabric, thermal manikin test and orthogonal test ideas, three representative combination of skirts were selected for human wearing experiments, and the skirt style and the mechanical properties of the skirts were studied for their thermal and moisture comfort.Through research,we have reached the following conclusions:(1)There are differences between thermal resistance and wet resistance in different styles of skirt suits of the same fabric at rest. When the movement speed of the thermal manikin increases, its thermal resistance and wet resistance decrease correspondingly. When the movement speed reaches 3.3km/h,there is almost no difference between thermal resistance and wet resistance. In addition, the reduction amplitude of thermal resistance and wet resistance decreases with the increase of the motion speed of the thermal manikin.(2)The differences in the characteristics of the three A-line skirts have little impact on the thermal resistance of the three A-line skirts at each speed, the difference in the wet resistance of the three A-line skirts is large in the static state, but when the speed reaches 3.3km/h,the difference is almost non-existent.The differences in the characteristics of the three pleated skirts had a greater impact on the thermal resistance and wet resistance under the static state, but when the speed reached 3.3km/h,the differences were almost non-existent.(3)The local skin temperature, the temperature and humidity under the clothes and the evaporation of the human body in three different skirts are different in different stages, but in the subjective evaluation, the single-factor analysis of variance is used to process the evaluation results. The results show that the three different styles have no significant effect on the thermal and moisture comfort of the skirt.(4)Different styles and fabrics have different thermal resistance and moisture resistance at rest. When the movement speed of the thermal manikin increases, the thermal resistance and wet resistance decrease accordingly. When the movement speed reaches 3.3km/h,the thermal resistance is almost no difference, and there is a small difference in moisture resistance. In addition, the reduction of thermal resistance and wet resistance gradually decreases with the increase of the movement speed of the thermal manikin.(5)The thermal resistance of 3 different styles of skirts made of polyester-cotton fabric, the difference of the thermal resistance of the different styles of skirts made of two pure polyester fabrics with different mechanical properties is smaller compared to the difference in the thermal manikin's small movement speed, and the difference in style has no effect on the moisture resistance of the three skirts made of polyester-cotton fabric. The pleated skirts of three different fabrics have a large difference in moisture resistance during the static stage of the thermal manikin. As the movement speed of the thermal manikin increases, the difference in humidity resistance between the three pleated skirts shows a decreasing trend,as to 3.3km/h there are still some differences between the three, indicating that the mechanical properties of the fabric have an influence on the thermal and wet properties of the skirt.(6)Using the single factor analysis of variance to deal with subjective evaluation results, the results show that different pattern and fabric mechanical properties on the thermal comfort of skirt effect was not significant, but from the human body physiological parameters testing found that 7-F3 within the local skin temperature, garment skirt of low temperature, heart rate, sweat evaporation is more,so made of F3 fabric skirt which is 7-F3 of skirt wearing comfort is good, for the three pieces of dress in the hot wet performance relatively optimal skirt.
