Researches Of Snowboard Jackets Functional Structural Design Based On Thermal And Moisture Comfort Of Human Body

With the popularization of snowboarding,the professional demand for snowboard jackets by consumers has been constantly increasing.This paper chooses snowboard jackets as the research object,through the literature summary and experimental study on the snowboarding characteristics and human movement characteristics,according to market research and market product analysis,to understand the functional structure of snowboard jackets needs and found that problem,researches of snowboard jackets functional structural design based on thermal and moisture comfort of human body,and the design and development of snowboard jackets.The main steps of research are as follows:1)Through literature research,board sports demand and snowboard jackets functional structure demand;2)Through the market research,summarized the lack of functional structure of snowboard jackets products and consumer demand;3)Snowboard jackets movement needs and functional requirements of different parts of the structure,and wearing snowboard wear on the human body upper body thermal and moisture characteristics;4)Through the snowboarding characteristics,snowboarding snowboard jackets functional structure requirements,Summary of thermal and moisture characteristics of human body,the snowboard clothing style and pattern design;5)Through the subjective and objective evaluation verification set the heat loss opening and the optimized functional structure can effectively reduce the body surface temperature,reduce the amount of perspiration,and enhance the convenience and satisfaction of wearing.The research shows that transverse opening of the back has a better effect of radiating,yet an overlong opening beneath the armpit has few effect for keeping cool.Openings in accurate location enhance comfort level of jackets.Finally,according to the research and design process of the functional structure of snowboard jackets based on thermal and moisture comfort of human body.Exploratory to come up with a snowboard jackets design method,the results of this study for the ski suit and related outdoor clothing in the functional structure design has a higher practical significance.
